I ordered a brand new gas stove from Home Depot and being a first time homeowner, I just assumed paying for install & haul away service meant it was a one stop deal! That was not the case! They would not install my stove, because my old stove was still connected! So then I was suddenly in the search for an urgent plumber visit! I called around and got some attitude or no availability! Super Service Today has a very friendly office staff, that quickly set me up with an appointment same day! Alex M was my tech. He arrived quicker than I expected, which was a giant plus! He was professional and friendly! Not only did he get my stoves swapped, but he swapped out the very old gas piping, so we could have a hand turn gas valve! No pressure to commit, just informative on his recommendations! Grateful for the connection as I’m certain this will not be the last time Super Service Today, will see off this old house!

Raul did such an amazing job with replacing our kitchen faucet. He was super helpful in explaining what was wrong with parts of the faucet and that we couldn't turn the emergency shut off valves because it's broken. He mounted our new faucet nicely and gave us helpful insights in opting for plumbers putty instead of using silicon to glue it down if we were to ever change it again in the future.

Our experience with Super Service today was stellar. We had a water leak in finished basement causing damage to the Sheetrock roof. Water dripping from all over. Super service was great right through the booking process and was able to get a plumber out within 2.5 hrs from first call. Very impressed with the professionalism, most importantly responsiveness. The plumber assigned Jacob was diligent, knew his craft, very friendly and knowledgeable. He was fast but thorough, cleaned up very well after the job. I will hire them again in a heartbeat. 5-stars.

I had a drain back up on a Sunday morning. Called Super Service and they dispatched someone immediately. Was informed that for a Sunday call, they would have to charge $150 for emergency service which I was okay with. What I didn't realize until I received the bill was that they would charge an additional $425 to snake 15 feet to the blockage and clear it. The total was $576 for less than 10 minutes work. The technician managed to spray my hallway with the showerhead, then left with the floor still wet and the water still running in the bathroom. Do yourself a favor and ask for an estimate before they arrive.

We called 5 different businesses to do a water main connection replacement and these guys responded fastest, engaged most professionally, had a fair cost and did an AMAZING job with a super quick timeline. Above all else, you’d never know that there was a gaping 10ft hole in the front yard. They removed a section of fence and tore through an old brick pathway to get to the pipe. We told them not to worry about fixing anything and we’d reassemble, but they replaced the fence and re-bricked the path anyway! You literally can’t tell that any work was done. We had a clogged drain, left with no toilet. Called Super Service and were told not to worry, we will take care of your urgent call”. In ten minutes we received a call from a technician. Said he would finish his call and be right over. Dave and Alex arrived and went to work fixing a difficult problem. They used a high-tech camera and showed us the roots growing in the drain. Really great guys. Nice, personal and respectful. Got the job done! If you need a good job done fast, I would recommend. They are pricey tho and I was promised a nice toilet, and they put in a really cheap one which was a disappointment, but I got to the point that I just wanted the job done because I only have the one bathroom in the house. FYI-I had a new supplied 18’ vanity and toilet (not supplied)installed and old metal clogged drainage piping replaced with new PCV. Everything works as it should 8.5k later and now I have to fix the wall that was cut out to get to the pipes and the floor and tiling in the bathroom, as well as bringing in a construction engineer to inspect the integrity of the floor. My bad. If I had a second bathroom, next time, with the proper planning, I believe I could have remodeled the entire bathroom for not too much more money.

From start to finish Super Service exceeded my expectations. They were extremely responsive, had a plumber out the next day to assess and measur the job, and had a crew out to excavate and replace my ancient leaking water main within a week. Alex M did a fantastic job of describing me how my boiler worked and what the options to fix it. He was patient with me and my questions. He did a fantastic job too. He spotted a code violation in our house and helped get someone to come out and fix it. And on top of everything he figured out how to fix the chain in my toilet that I was struggling with. Responded quickly, received texts throughout the whole process. Anthony arrived day one to snake our kitchen drain. Our pipes had to be reconfigured to snake properly. Roy did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. It broke late on a Saturday night and was leaking in our basement. Super Service quickly took my call Sunday morning, walked me through our options, and got everything replaced for us first thing Monday morning. We had our hot water back before lunchtime. This company is really expensive. In order for me to get a quote to change out some pipes they had to take down some sheet rock. It took one of their guys 5 mins and they charged me $270 . One of them told me that you live and you learn when I expressed my anger about the price. As they told me they are more expensive that most other companies but that's what they charge. I will never call them again.

I had an emergency plumbing issue in the Somerville area over the weekend and super service came to the rescue. Alex Martell was sent over and he was the best plumber I could have asked for. Super professional, laid back, kind, and knowledgeable. He wore boot covers on his boots and cleaned up so well after himself. It was even cleaner after than it was before he came. It was a pleasure talking with him about the way the company treats its employees with mental health wellness Fridays, support groups, and communication skills development as well as EQ building skills. When a company truly takes care of its employees, it shows in how the workers interface with customers. This is one company in the trade industry changing the the relations between employees and employer for the better. Highly recommended.

Had super service today come out to evaluate a backup we had in her bathroom last week. They were prompted and came out quickly and did a video camera inspection and identify the area where potential clog was. They told us they thought it was a collapsed pipe. They then proceeded to give us a series of different estimates to excavate and take out the supposed to the collapsed pipe ranging from $9000-$18,000. We had a another company come out the following day and was able to water jet the area and clear clog completely for a fraction of the price. I am little concerned of how they are trying to take advantage of people when they are most vulnerable and were proposing a complete excavation and removal of supposed to collapse pipe when in fact the pipe was absolutely functioning perfectly normal. BUYER BEWARE!!!!We had expressed our concerns to the technician it came out to evaluate the problem this past weekend he said he was in a pass the message along to the owner and as of today we have yet to hear back from them.

After finishing their work, they came back to the house because they remembered that they had forgotten to turn on a valve. They could’ve just easily called me to do it, but they returned to make sure the job was complete and that we were good to go.

I can't speak for the plumbing skills because Super Service was working on my neighbor's house, not mine. But Dave asked to use our parking space to bring in his equipment (we live in a very tight private way of row houses), and he was so incredibly polite and pleasant that I had to say something. We have had contractors of every kind on this tiny street, and for the most part, it has been a nightmarish experience. If all contractors and tradesmen could be more like Dave, the world would be a better place.

Great service! I thought our toilet in the basement was clogged and after a quick assessment, Anthony LaMonica noticed the pump was unplugged. This never happened before because it is in a corner well hidden but somehow someone unplugged it by accident. He was very professional, honest and friendly. I had situations where some people take advantage of the situation and he could have easily pretended to have been working on the toilet and just plug back the pump. I will definitely be calling him back for any future jobs.
