Brent showed up today for a new roof installation estimate that I called them for and he was on time, professional, honest and upfront. I knew in advance that my roof was 21 years old and the previous owners neglected this property and now I'm doing the necessary things to get it corrected. I will definitely give my business needs to local companies rather than big corporations that offer payment plans. Get real folks. Break the cycle and set aside money for these things. People live beyond their needs. I'd be happy in a tiny home but the powers that be won't allow them here. Let that sink in. Brent is amazing at his job 💯

We had Clear Vision replace our roof, windows and siding. House was long over due for upgrade in look and efficiency. Clear Vision did a great job with all three projects. Crews kept property clean while working and were mindful of close neighbors. Quality of materials seems great! Everything looks amazing!!

I purchased a few replacement windows, one had the wrong hardware. No help at all from them, had to go directly to the wholesale supplier to get any support. Go elsewhere if you want customer service. The only thing they did efficiently was take my money.Three months without a window and the clock is still going.

My grandpa used them to replace the sliding glass door on his house. Due to the age of the house, it required a custom sized door, which wasn't cheap of course. However, AFTER handing the check over, the installation guy said he didn't have the sliding screen door part with him, and that he "forgot it". He was told they would drop it off in the next couple of days, however the door was done a few weeks ago and still no screen sliding part. My mom called and spoke with Brooke who assured, yet again, they would bring it in the "next couple of days". Still nothing. My mom called and left 3 messages 3 days in a row this past week and has yet to receive a call back OR the rest of the door. Poor communication equates to poor customer service. Will not be recommending them unless/ until they at least attempt to make this right.

We’ve been using Clear Vision for over two years now (little by little getting our windows replaced) and they’ve been wonderful to work with! Our contact, Zack, is very professional and knowledgeable on windows. I was referred to them by my parents, who also used their window services. Looking at the other reviews, I’m surprised more people haven’t had the same experience. They’ve done right by both of our families and I highly recommend them to anyone needing new windows.

Greg can sure sell the windows and the company and how they handle the warranty work. Zach did our install back on October of 2019, one of our crank out windows came from the factory defective. Zach had a new part ordered. was the wrong part. he did something to make it fit and it still won't close on its own. He said he will have someone from Alside come fix it right. I've made a few phone calls to Clear Vision to try and get this window repaired and they have never once returned my call in two weeks. In my opinion, it feels like once they have your money they are no longer interested in helping their customers..

My husband and I signed a contract to have Clear Vision side our home and replace 9 windows. They showed up at the end of October - 2 months ahead of schedule which we were thrilled about. No one communicated with us where the trailers should be. They just left it in front of our garage, blocking us from using our garage. We decided not to say anything since we expected the job to only last a few weeks any way. Unfortunately, the job moved very slow. They worked roughly 8 am to 2 pm each day they showed up - breaking for lunch each day. They normally worked 4 days per week, but sometimes 5. It turned out that 5 of the 9 Windows were the wrong size. Clear Vision did reorder them, but they to 8 weeks get here. In December, we began asking that the trailer be moved so that we could use our garage. The installer was very rude to my husband and threatened to quit the job several times. In the mean time, we noticed that the colors weren't correct. The colors we chose were to have 2 different base colors just like our house was before. Unfortunately, the second color never got ordered. The house is sided which is all that really matters in the end, but the color we have is not the color we would have chosen had we known it was going to be 1 color. The installers pulled out December 23rd. When they came back in January after the new Windows got here, we asked again that they not block the garage with their trailer since they leave it here. The installer threw a fit again and again threatened to pull out and not finish the job. My husband told him at that time to go ahead and leave. The installer told him he would leave, but he thought we were making a mistake. I called our salesman, Greg and let him know that we were going to need a new installer due to what had happened. Chad, the owner of Clear Vision, called my husband and asked if Brad could come back out if we get the trailer location worked out. My husband told Chad that we would rather have a different installer, but if Brad was the only one to send he could come back. Brad brought the trailer back when Chad was here and got angry and told Chad he wasn't parking his trailer anywhere else and left. Chad went and spoke with Brad then called my husband and asked again if Brad could return to which my husband agreed because he wanted the job to get done. Brad returned and for the rest of the time he was here was great to work with. The only other problem we had was that his helper parked in our front yard without asking because they didn't want to park on the street. The Windows didn't fit correctly for a second time! This time we agreed to allow the windows to be used so that we wouldn't have to wait again. They put an inch and a half to 2 inches of foam in the windows that were still wrong! We showed concern several times for the fact that there was so much foam. They gave us several excuses for why they didn't build the frame up first. 1 of which was that the wood wouldn't match! The wood would be covered just like the foam is! What's going to happen after 3 or 4 freeze thaw cycles and thatfoam breaks down!!! This company does not have a good reputation for living up to their "Lifetime Guarantee"!!! Siding the house continued to move very slowly. The job is finally finished as of today, March 22, 2021 - 6 months after the job began! When I called Chad to speak to him about what our final bill should be due to the amount of time it took to complete the job, the colors, the rudeness, and the fact that I have to hire someone to come fix the windows properly, he threatened me with his lawyer instead of having a conversation.3/25/21- We called the city building inspector to ask about the windows. He said that while it would have been better to put less foam and build the frame up like we asked. It is ok to use the foam. So in the end, they did do a good job on the siding and the windows are within code.

I called for a free estimate, and Brooke was so sweet and helpful! She connected me with Greg who helped me pick out exactly what I wanted and within the next couple weeks Zack was out installing them! They made everything so easy and smooth and my custom windows look AMAZING! 10/10 recommend this company!

Great customer service and experience! Zach was always on time, easy to get a hold of, completed the job in one day vs the 2 day estimate they gave us! Windows look great and it was a very fair price for the service they provided! Would work with them again and highly recommend them!

The very worst customer service experience that I've ever had.The new widows were not properly installed causing the frames to warp so bad that the screens would not close. This was on three double windows. Same problem.To make a long story short. I tried to get them out to repair the new windows.After numerous phone calls. Calling their business on 223 and their home office. Plus a threat of legal actions. They finally after 3 months, sent out a sub contractor to repair the windows.One star isn't low enough for this "Business ?"

Clear Vison is our go to for windows and siding. They just replaced the last 5 windows in our home, Zach does an exceptional job! Very professional and always on time. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the answering service bothers me to no end! Get someone answering phones during normal business hours every day and I'd give them 10 stars.

I had called for an estimate not a hard sales pitch. Once he realized I was not likely to go with their business he was rude! I might have considered hiring them for other, bigger projects but his attitude killed that idea and after reading reviews .. never will consider using their service for anything!

Had this company come out to give me an estimate on a new roof. Guy shows up an hour early, sits in his van the whole time. I tell my daughter to just keep an eye on him, because we live out in the country , and she wasnt sure it was him, because there are no markings on the van. I leave work early, and as i get home I ask my daughter if he ever got out of the van. he didn't. I invite him in, and he shows me a piece of notebook paper with scribbling on it, and a price of 18, 982 dollars. There were no measurements on the paper. I asked him how many square was included in his estimate, and he grabs a calculator and throws a bs number out there. So I thank him for his time, call a company in saline, and they send a man out who actually gets on the roof, shows me where the last person who roofed it did it wrong, and told me my shingles still had ten years life left in them. They fixed two sections with new matching shingles for 1200 dollars. I would hire a bum living in the woods before calling this place again.

The work is good, but the sales and office staff are a mess.Good luck trying to get things replaced under their "Lifetime Warranty"We waited several months and made several calls to get a screen back, after the sales guy came over to look at what we needed done.

Worst service I've ever had. They told me in bad a lifetime warrantee. They scheduled to replace the windows twice and cancels both times. Now they have changed their story and refuse to even return my calls. Would not ever recommend this company to anyone!
