I've never seen a crew work so hard and so efficiently in all my years of getting projects done. These guys had one heck of an system to make things run smoothly and QUICK. They also completely saved our butts...our original contractor was having personal issue after personal issue and we had $8k worth of siding material sitting in the driveway, we found this company and they had pity on us, switched things around to be able to accommodate us with the materials old contractor told us to order. It was a mess and they helped smooth things out, I'm forever grateful. Easy to talk too, responsive and the house looks great! Pictures don't do it justice.

My husband, who is a veteran, and I would like to thank Kurt Saylor, Haley, and their fantastic crew for the wonderful job of replacing our roof on our home and the wonderful gift of replacing the roof on our garage. The garage gift was extremely appreciated. Also a heartfelt thank you to ABC supply for the donation of shingles for the garage. The whole process of removing the old roof, replacing boards, replacing the skylights and putting new shingles was all done in one day. The crew had quite the system to work so quickly and efficiently. The clean up was great, nothing left in the yard. Completely tore off old roof, replaced an existing skylight and installed new shingled roof. This took one 14 hour day plus 6 hours the next day. Adali kept me informed and he was very professional, pleasure to work with. The crew cleaned up after they were done very well. A recent storm tore some of my aluminum siding loose on my second floor. I am disabled and unable to get on my roof safely. I called Saylor Builders yesterday and described my issues and Curt asked for my address and told me that though they are very busy, he would be by very soon to see what could be done. He came today, looked at the damage. With Bruno getting up there quickly, my siding was repaired in just a little bit. He did a great job. When I asked Curt if he would take a check, he answered, “Sometimes being able to help is not about money. Please think about us if you need our service in the future”. I most assuredly do that, and I encourage you, if you need quality work done on your house, to call Saylor Builders. My daughter had one of Saylor"s guys repair her roof and she was impressed with the work and the customer service. When it was time to reroof our house we called Saylor. Adlai came out to take measurements and bring samples of roofing. We made arrangements with him to start in the next couple of days (rain in the forcast). His crew was here at 9 and tarped all around the yard. We had 2 layers of roof to remove. His crew got right to work!! The first day was beautiful and they were here till dark, almost 8pm. By the end of the first day, the whole roof had been stripped, and the east side of the house had been roofed and half of the west side. Each day they cleaned up great, no random shingles in the yard. The crew was polite to us, our crew leader Carlos answered our questions, let us know the timeline for the next day. Roof looks great. We are very happy.

We had Saylor builders strip off our old 90s siding along with the 150 year old siding that was still underneath (including several massive wasps nests). They put up new osb, house wrap, and new siding. They also installed all new replacement windows, replaced rotted window frames and a beam that had been destroyed by termites, and rebuilt an exterior wall that was unstable. It was a HUGE project, and the crew were still able to get it all done in one week. We were so impressed with their work and expertise. They were friendly and helpful and worked together like a well oiled machine. It looks like a brand new house and we can already feel a hugeimprovement in heat retention. This old farmhouse has been cold and drafty for as long as we've lived here, and itis so comfortable now! We couldn't be happier, and would definitely recommend them for any home improvement project, and will come back for future renovations without hesitation!Services: Home renovations, Exterior finishing

We got hit by a hail storm this spring, and Saylor was one of the first calls we made for estimates. Curt picked up the phone on a Saturday and got us on the calendar right away for an estimate. The price was fair, and the team was eager to do the work. The roofing team was amazing, and got us taken care of in a day. They swept the yard with a magnet afterwards to make sure our kids weren't stepping on nails, too. The siding team was a little more deliberate, but the final result was exactly what we were hoping for. Adali ran the show, and was always very responsive to communication. Overall, very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Saylor Builders.

I recently had a metal (Boral Steel stone coated) roof installed and they were outstanding in quality and workmanship. Adali was great to work with. I had a very positive experience getting a metal roof installed by Saylor Builders after suffering storm damage. Adali Ladd, Vice President of Sales, met with my insurance adjuster to insure I received maximum compensation and then quoted me an awesome deal on a metal roof. Installation ended up being a long process due to a stretch of bad weather but Adali kept in touch almost daily, answering my questions and concerns immediately and letting me know if his crew would be able to work or not each day depending on the weather. I appreciated that the safety of his workers was a priority.When the shingles were stripped off it was discovered that my roof was not up to code. Adali contacted and provided proof to my insurance adjuster right away so that they would cover the cost to bring it up to code. He and his crew made sure they did quality work the whole time. If it wasn't right the first time it was redone until it was right. Along with installing my roof, they cleared away tree limbs that had come down during the storm, cleaned out my gutters and made sure my yard was left free of debris and building materials. I am extremely happy with my roof and am planning to use them to replace my entry doors soon. I would highly recommend Saylor Builders for your next construction project.
