From the moment I contacted Country Window & Door I was treated with respect and enjoyed the treatment I received as an individual. They responded to my sense of humor, to my scheduling needs and were always spot-on time, efficient, knowledgeable, never pestered me to make a decision, and really good! Not only is the company excellent and affordable, their product is just as good. We have had some "cooler" days and I am very impressed and pleased with the lack of a cool draft and with how comfortable I am temperature-wise without cranking the thermostat up. I HIGHLY recommend Country Window & Door if you want a very responsive company with a very quality product.

Country Window and Door replaced ten of our windows and wrapped the outside trim with aluminum. Their price was much better than other competitors that I spoke to - but mostly, they were not pushy at all! My overall experience was excellent. From the quote to the final install, everything went better than expected. Quote was 10% less for the same product and no finish trim work was needed as was the case with the other company. The installers were efficient and cleaned up nicely when they were finished. They made a few minor adjustments to the finished caulk that we requested with no hesitation. Highly recommend!

I have bought all of my replacement windows from Country Window & Door over the past 10 years or so. The first windows I replaced still work exactly like they did the day I put them in. I always get a great price and get the right window/s the first time. I had renewal by Anderson stop in because they wanted to replace some of my windows. I told him I didn't need their service because I do mine myself, the installer looked and was impressed by the windows.

We replaced all the windows and sliders in our home! That is 20+ windows and 4 sliding glass doors that are quite large so this was a big investment.Our windows were original late 60's single pane wood windows with storm windows installed. They were very nice for the time. The wood had warped and the prior owners proceeded to stuff foam in the windows to fill the gaps. The 4 glass sliding doors were aluminum and also had warped and didn't open and close well.So we replaced them all. Country Window & Door gave a reasonable cost. I would always suggest getting multiple quotes, minimum of 3, we got a total of 6 and almost did a 7th. It allows you to learn about all the options, as not everyone mentions them, and it allows a good comparison of price, services and options for the windows. We had some quotes at more than double what Country Window and Door gave, and some that were much cheaper. Based on research about the company through reviews online, BBB, word of mouth and the window manufacturer we went with them and were glad we did.They did an outstanding job, they were effective at keeping up with tasks to be done. They weren't perfect, there were several delay, some by the manufacturer others due to scheduling issues. Overall I was impressed. The team leader had a good attention to detail. For instance at one point, he noticed from the road two windows had a slight color variance in the aluminum trim compared to the others. This is the second time we have use Country Window and doors. In our last house we had them replace old single pane widows and a picture window with new double pane windows. We are building a new house and decided to put their Northstar windows in the new house. Love them. Function is great and makes the house very quite. So we ordered a houseful of windows and a slider for Clients on Lake BellaVista 9/2021. They measured two wrong and were reordered. We still don't have a slider and RJ called the clients in July and told them he had to order from another company and we would have in 4-6 weeks. We have left multiple voicemails and our lawyer advised me to send them one last letter. We were just told RJ no longer works there and the slider was NEVER ordered. We have been building since 2005 and this company is by far the worst supplier we have ever dealt with. Came out to look at at look at replacing my front door and did the measure. Asked if I wanted frosted or rain glass and I replied. Sent a picture of the door I’m looking for along with the color of the shutters to match. I didn’t hear back from Roger so I followed up 5 days later asking where he was at with the door and getting a response of “ Sorry not yet man sometimes it takes a while appreciate you checking in with me.” Sent another text 5 days later asking where he was at with the quote and door information and color matching and received no reply. Four days later (10/17) I sent a text asking about the door and time frame and didn’t get a response. Looks like my business doesn’t matter to Country Window & Door. Roger has made it clear that my business isn’t important and he has made it clear that he’s another clown in the trade.

Called for a repair estimate (that should have been a warranty) plus replacement of 3 screens. After he showed up over an hour late to the first appointment (and only showed up after I called to see if he was still coming), it took over a MONTH for them to tell me they would charge me to fix the window and they couldn't get the screens. Embarrassment of an operation. Would never recommend to anyone.
