My friend brought me their van that just came from here, because the dealer didn’t fix the starting issue. This shop replaced the positive battery cable end and didn’t event crimp the wire in very well. If they can’t do this, then I wouldn’t trust them with any of their other work either.*** UPDATE***Called and talked to the general manager yesterday, he said he was going to look into the situation and give me a call back. It is now the next day and still have not received any communication whatsoever.

The head mechanic Randel McCardell had replaced the exhaust manifolds on my truck with headers and since then I have noticed the exhaust leak getting worse and the tic got worse and all he said he couldn't tighten the bolts down the work man ship dosnt deserv a star

I was looking to buy a used Ram 2500 and just happen to find the website for McInerney in Alpena. I am from Sault Ste Marie approximately 3ish hours north. I requested info on a 22 Ram 2500 Bighorn in the evening and Scott sent me an email the next day asking if I could give him a call when I had a chance to find out what I was really looking for. I couldn’t be happier with the personal service I received from Scott and everyone else I had the pleasure of working with to get my new truck. From the accuracy of the description of the vehicle to the phone tag so we could get everything worked out. My truck was delivered to my driveway and I am sold. Service was great until I had my front and back brakes, rotors and wheel barrings done. There is a squeakingit is randomly happening… I took it back twice…. they insist nothing is wrong. They actually charged me the second time!! I will not return to this place again.

I won't ever ever recommend anyone to this dealership!!! No loaner vehicle wouldn't give us a vehicle to go all the way back to McKinley. Had a guy give us a ride after sitting there 3 hours!!! Couldn't even get lunch after sitting there 3 hours

First it took 1 week to even get someone to give me an appt, which finally I had to go in person. No one would answer the phone or call us back. Even with an appt took several hours, in which they did not address the Perform Service light and did not re-set the oil warning light which they charged for. Oil change was way overpriced. We used them last year with no issues….what happened?

I do not like this place. In fact, I just took my truck to another dealership out of town to get it inspected. Their service department is a joke.If you get a lease, make sure you read the front and back, you know, all the fine print! My lease is coming to an end, and if I turn it in, I get charged $365 or $395! Oh, and if I buyout my lease....they still charge you $350! So this will be my last purchase from them!
