Mr Alanis worked on my custom new construction along with another builder. It was a challenging build, but they were able give me a quality construction. His background is commercial/industrial project management in his early years and now that he is based in Michigan, he has struck out as a custom builder. His engineering background serves him well when it comes to the technical aspects, but it's his professionalism that makes him well rounded. He's attentive to his customers and doesn't play the games that so many shady contractors do. I called Alanis Construction after experiencing a flood in my finished basement. After the insurance company had Stanley Steamer tear out the drywall and baseboards, Alanis replaced it all making it better than the original. The work was expertly executed, precise with attention to detail. They are very communicative so I always knew when to expect a visit and understood the steps of the project all along the way. Eddy and James were top notch throughout the entire project. I had cold feet to start with but I'm very happy I ended up trusting them to complete both my deck and shed. The line work on the deck is impeccable, and the shed is gorgeous. Not only was the work done exceptionally, but Eddy and James were friendly, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves after phases of the project were complete.Services: Deck construction, Pole building construction
