I don't understand how miserable someone is that they have to be rude to a complete stranger on the phone. Chris needs to seriously consider a new profession or change the way she talks to people. A condescending tone and treating me like I'm stupid when someone else gave me the number to call is unnecessary and quite honestly disgusting.

Inspector Curtis Stowe is easily the most unqualified, incompetent inspector I have run across in my extensive building career. His ignorance, mixed with his poor work ethic has proven a hazardous mix for any situation requiring thorough completion. He is a staff inspector for the city of Keego Harbor, which have stemmed countless complaints from homeowner, builders, and landlords. He costs his employers far too much expense, and at some point, he will be the catalyst for a lawsuit.

We can't seem to get any real cooperation from the inspector. He is very short with conversations and unpleasant with us. We are doing everything we are told to do yet don't get treated respectfully. We had a very unfortunate incident thrown on us, not of our doing, and only desire to be treated respectfully as all individuals should.
