Having purchased our home in 2016, we made the decision to finish our basement, as well as update the kitchen, and master suite. After meeting with several contractors, and entertaining multiple quotes, we put our faith in Home Improvements TLC. We could not have expected (or even anticipated) a more positive experience, or outcome, than what Tom and his team delivered! From first contact, and throughout the entire series of our project(s), Tom listened to our wishlists and concerns, and provided a comprehensive plan and set of amazing designs, that were functional and aesthetic. They even timed the projects around our lifestyle, so as to be minimally disruptive, with no impact to budget or timing. Tom took the time to explain the entire process, and he, and his entire team, were amazingly communicative and responsive. His team arrived on time, EVERY day, were absolute craftsmen, and took no less pride in daily clean-up as than in the quality of their work. A true testament to both their work ethic, and respect for both customer and home.Home Improvements TLC transformed the entire look, and feel, of our home.
