We had our roof replaced by Rapid Roofing April 2024. Our home has multiple pitches and angles. We had several quotes from many roof companies. We selected Rapid Roofing. Best Quality, follow-up, warranty, price, customer service. Jason our project manager was on-site the entire time and made sure everything went correctly. Paul M. our sales rep was very thorough explaining the entire process. The roofing Crew from Rapid Roofing did an AMAZING job and tremendous cleanup!!!!!!! Everyone was so NICE and Professional. Highly recommend them!!!

Great service! I was in a time crunch to get things done and Paul came out on a Sunday morning to look the job over and give us an estimate. Cory took over from there and answered all of our questions. When the day came for install, Dylan and Josiah were the project managers and kept me informed every step of the way. Our facia had rotted behind the old gutters, and they quickly found cedar boards to replace the cedar that had rotted. José and his crew worked nonstop. They were all skilled and professional, and when they were done the only evidence of them having been there was the yard sign and the beautiful new roof. Couldn’t be happier.

Had my roof replaced by Rapid Roof on 7/19. During the install I found that the crew had used the wrong underlayment in three large areas (not GAF). I contacted the site manager who had the crew remove the incorrect material. However they had applied shingles to some of the areas and that underlayment was not changed. I tried to contact the office manager but he had gone for the day. The sales rep, Kevin, told me they were reviewing the situation. They following week, Brent, the service rep, came with a crew who inspected and corrected the underlayment and some other damage to trim and siding.The install crew, who I believe were contractors working for Rapid, did not take much care to protect my property and the site manager did not supervise their work well. They rushed to complete the job in one day, just before dark. The next day I found over 30 nails/staples in a small area.Both Kevin and Brent were terrific in resolving my concerns.The roof now looks great.Somewhat disappointed, especially after Rapid’s reviews and their rating with GAF.Service: Roof installation
