Extremely satisfied with the remodeling from bathtub to walk-in shower. Complete removal of old tub & ceramic tiled walls, and floor. Installed a beautiful walk-in shower with new fixtures, shower doors, overhead light, and a new floor. Rerouted plumbing of new 2 inch center drain. Additionally relocated the water lines to the correct wall with access panel.Their installation material is of very high quality. We visited a builders home improvement show prior to starting our home project. We then visited Home Pro showroom. Very impressed how we were received, thank you Jeff. They set us up with an extremely competent salesman, Kevin.The two installers were very professional, they cleaned up each day after their work. Appreciate that they were able to keep our bathroom useable each day, as it is our only bathroom. Thank you to Cameron and Rob.We had no issues afterwards. We highly recommend them if you are looking into remolding bathroom. It definitely adds value to our home, and looks beautiful!

We love our new bathroom so much! We have hired Home Pro USA to remodel our master bathroom. The job was amazingly done in 4 weeks from demolition to finish! The most remarkable thing was that one installation team handled the whole project. Adam and Dave have done a fantastic job to manage schedules, provide high quality professional work and clean up everything at the end of each day! The shower, vanity and all other materials are custom designed, high quality and fit our bathroom layout perfectly. We had a fantastic experience with Home Pro USA!! We hired them to replace all our windows and sliding glass door and install vinyl siding. They quickly composed a very detailed estimate. When the crew came out to work, they were very respectful and efficient. We had a couple special requests and they happily accommodated us.We INSTANTLY noticed a difference with the new windows. Heat used to radiate off our old windows... not with Home Pro’s windows. We have direct sunlight all throughout the evening hours, and now we can keep our blinds open and enjoy the natural light without worrying about the house heating up.Home Pro left the house and yard nice and clean. We had our bathroom remodeled in October 2020. It’s not a big bathroom, so we didn’t move any plumbing, but gutted and updated everything. We are very happy with how our bathroom turned out. We ended up going with Home Pro because the price seemed fair and we were really impressed with the lifetime warranty on any of the products they installed. Also loved that they don’t use subcontractors. They were also very communicative which was really great. Every time I called, I got an answer to my question right away or was called back within the hour. Several of the guys also gave me their personal phone numbers so they were even easier to get in contact with. We were able to buy several items on our own (toilet, fan, light fixture) and just had them install those. I especially loved this because I had a really specific design in mind and I was able to do research and get the exact products I wanted. We are very satisfied with this company! They were able to squeeze us in for a bathroom remodel about a month before they originally estimated. They finished the work in three days. Our home has a 1950s bathroom that had ugly pink floor tile and burgundy wall tile that covered most of the bathroom. They removed all of it and installed a new tub with stone walls, new flooring, and drywall on the other walls. They do not mud and tape drywall, so we had to do that on our own once they finished. The quotes we got from other companies were 2-3X more expensive. We are very satisfied with their work! Adam and Dave were excellent to work with (installers). My husband knows a little about construction; however, as they began their renovation of our bathroom they gave insightful advise and suggestions that were spot on. They even pointed out areas that our home builder failed in supporting the tub and they shored up that area. They gave suggestions for adding a cabinet which we did and turned out to be a perfect addition.We were also very happy with the service of everyone at the company including Dean who came to our home several times when we had additional questions. I'm beyond pleased with my new walk-in shower! I've been wanting to get rid of my old bathtub for years and I couldn't be happier with the result. I'm also very impressed with the look and quality of the Pro Stone material. It beats tile and grout for sure. I want to thank Jeff for the timely communications as I was purchasing my water features and doors to have everything exactly the way I want. I had my bathtub surround removed and replaced with a shower stall with glass door. HomePro USA did a wonderful job and made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. Homepro, where to begin. For starters I'll say this about homepro, they are a good company who does great work but at they are severely under man. I signed up with homepro to do a small bathroom remodel back in September, they wasn't able to put me on the schedule until 2nd week of November. That 3day job turn out to be a 2 week job due to an error on there part. So you can imagine my frustrations. But they did make it right and at the end of the day me and my wife love our new bathroom. I would highly recommend homepro.

Complete Bathroom Remodel - We just had Home Pro USA remodel the bathroom in our 110 year old home. We had compared about half a dozen different home bath contractors at a local home show. We settled on Home Pro USA after looking at the quality of their work, and especially the quality of the materials that they use. This was in April 2022. The salesman came out and we discussed all of our options and he did a quick measure. Later another person came out and did a more accurate measure of the bathroom. All this was normal so far. The actual remodel did not start until October 31st. 2022, due to OUR schedule and their availability due to the Pandemic. Work was started and we were amazed at the depth of the deconstruction of the old bath. Walls and floor were taken completely out! The two workmen, Adam and Dave were a joy to watch and work with! They obviously worked as a well oiled team. They were PERFECTIONIST in all the phases of the construction. Accurate measurements and installation of floor, walls, vanity, shower, plumbing and electrical. The install took a few days and Adam and Dave cleaned and removed the trash from the days work, everyday leaving our home as comfortable as possible, considering the extent of the work. All in, a very professional experience! Definitely worth the wait! It has been over 5 months since HomePro USA completed my master bathroom remodel and I am still completely satisfied with the outcome. I have a second bathroom that needs to be updated and plan on using HomePro USA for that work too. This was a big job and the sales person (Kevin) worked closely with us to make sure we would be happy (despite our indecisiveness). I really liked that the job was scheduled only once all materials were in and took the planned 10 days (I wouldn't have completed in 6 months). Small issue with the shower door, but HomePro addressed the issue immediately without question and no more issue. My experience with Home Pro USA was the best of any contractor I have ever dealt with. Kevin (the sales person), Adam and Dave (the workers), Ron (the Owner), and all the other people who touched the project were professional and pleasant to deal with. The product specialist Larry James did a great job in helping coordinate the look of the bathroom. From picking the styles to coordinating the colors to match items that were remaining in the bathroom. The installer Mike was excellent. Showed up daily on time and worked constantly throughout the days. Mike was very patient as I kept inquiring and checking out the work. Neat as a pin. Absolutely left no mess whatsoever. One hiccup which was the screws that came with the cabinet hardware were too long. Mike made a note and as promised I received a call regarding this matter to get it corrected. In giving our dated bathroom a facelift, we chose Home Pro USA to install a new window, floor, and tub/shower walls.Home Pro USA put the new floor and walls over the existing floor and walls.We purchased the hardware of our choosing and Mike kindly installed them. The finished project looks great. A couple small touch ups required a follow up visit, but they were quick to get someone to our home to resolve those concerns. Overall a good experience from start to finish.
