Fantastic Products to choose from. Installation was VERY fast and VERY Clean. Every Window (I had 17 of them installed) was done with a tight fit to my old opening (30 years old). They are sliders and crank-outs and they operate so smoothly, I cannot believe I waited so long to replace. The whole crew seems more like a family, in-sync with the operations. Beware doing business with this company! They are a rip off!I am writing this review for my 91 year old mother that got talked into purchasing 9 small & 1 med size window (51"X55") for $9100 in 6/2010 with the promise of "Limited Lifetime Warranty - with glass breakage coverage". This is about double what this size windows usually costs.Recently this company was contacted by us for a window pane repair on one of the smaller (28x55")windows, first request. They sent via email a "Formal Service Request" stating that she had to mail in $85 which is a nominal delivery/travel fee" before they would even set up the appointment. After checking with a local window company, we are getting the repair done for $55.So much for a warranty they brag about! :-(They also go by the name of Soft-Lite Windows!Services: Window installation, Window repair

I just had them out for fixing up a bay window with new trim and making it more stable. I mistakenly had answered a marketing call that was a nice older gentleman and I asked him about the trim. He checked into for me and I was comfortable with the sales guy that came out. My job only took a little over a day and looks perfect. Even the chalk around the trim is lined up perfectly.They did a great job and resonably priced. I think the man who did the work, Mike, was excellent and professional. I want them out to do more work.

Don't believe the gimmicks - we purchased these windows over 10 years ago with many promises of the windows being warrantied for 50 years - no surprises, no fees, totally transferable, etc. However, after a few years I called to get help because one of the window locks was broken and it was $50 trip fee, but they could send me the part at no cost and I could fix it myself. Ok done. Fast forward a few more years and I call because the $5000 sliding glass door I purchased no longer wants to open and close due to the rollers going bad because the door is so stinking heavy, and now the parts aren't covered and they are $38 each, and if I want someone to come and install them for me it is an additional $65. Nothing in the contract I signed said any parts were not covered, nor did it mention anything about any trip fees. I would expect more since we paid over $20,000 cash for the windows when we purchased them for our home.

I have called 3 times to get service on my 'fully warrantied' super gutter guards, with no luck. I have water in my basement everytime it rains. I purchased their product because of the claim of great service - gutters are difficult for me to clean and service on my own. I really counted on their help to keep my gutters clear and free flowing.

Window Plus USED TO BE a good company that cared passionately about doing best by it's customers. That changed when the President/CEO decided to close the business for a couple of months (which was actually the devious way in which he fired many of his employees - including several family members). So, if you happen to look at their website, specifically the 'history' section, beware when they say that they treat their customers as family!

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They use abusive and what should be illegal practices to get sales leads by using a fake charity to bypass the Do Not Call List. They are in business with the "GIVING HEARTS" charty scammers and do not care who they offend including young children who answer the phone. From reading other reviews about them it seems they to use aggressive and insulting practices when they are giving their "free charitable estimates". Try gaining business the right way by doing good work at a fair price instead of trying to rip everyone off and annoying your so called customers with neverending solicitation calls. When you ask them for help with the abusive call center they use they just want your information and are unwilling to provide you with any help. What do you want my information for to call me more than you already do? What a joke Windows Plus you should be ashamed and embarrassed but your not. I will be using a trustworthy company to do my home improvements and staying FAR away from Windows Plus and their practices.

We had to have our front bay window removed. It leaked and was not installed properly. Additionally due to gaps in the construction between the house and the window due to failure to seal it properly. An ant nest was removed when we replaced the window.
