We hired Clarkston Roofing after the hail storm that came through Genesee County in July 2023. Roof was completed on 10/27/2023. Done in one day, which was impressive. There was a team of about 10 men and they worked really hard all day. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because we were not made aware that our gutter covers were going to be taken off and not put back on. Called Tony, he answered on the first ring and explained that they would void our warranty with Owens-Corning. He apologized that we were not made aware of this. Otherwise, everything went as planned. The real thanks is to the men who busted their butt all day working so hard and cleaning up.

From start to finish Clarkston Roofing Professionals have been Great. They helped with the long process of dealing with the insurance company. Once the time came to replace the roof, they were on it. Clarkston roofing was very professional, they helped us file an insurance claim and had half our roof covered from storm damage in 2023. Walked me through the entire process since I had never filed an insurance claim before. Had a small leak come through after the roof was replaced and they immediately came out to fix it the next day, a vent had not been sealed down all the way. Easy company to work with and get a hold of, they were recommended to me on Facebook when I was searching for a roofing company and I’ve recommended them to others now too.

Incredible experience from the very beginning. Matthew came out. Inspected the roof walked me through all the details with the insurance company followed up soon after that. The crew came out and did two of my barns in my house in two days. It was incredible to watch these men work. Final inspection has been done. We’re very pleased. Very thorough explaining the entire roof replacement process, came to my home at the same time that the insurance inspector was here to help point out areas of the roof that were damaged by hail. The crew that did the roof replacement were very hard working and professional. After they finished, they cleaned up so well that you’d never even know they were here. A couple weeks later, a Clarkston Roofing inspector came out to check the roof, explained the warranty and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. The morning after a 73 mph wind storm with rain we were awakened by the sounds of drips. A six am trip outside revealed the back of our roof was very damaged, and the shingles had completely slid out of place. With rain due for the day we set out to find a roofer who could help. Many calls and four hours later with nobody willing or able to assist, I called Shayne with Clarkston. He was at my house within ten minutes, with a ladder and on the roof in the rain. A temporary solution was put in place, but we needed a new roof. Last week Gus and crew showed up to replace our roof. From Gus to the runner they were all fantastic. They were extremely conscientious, courteous, and ran like a well oiled machine. Our new roof looks wonderful. All involved at Clarkston have been very professional, timely, and helpful. They’ve done a great and stress free job and we will definitely be recommending them to friends, family, and neighbors.

I had reached out to Ed LaPine with clarkston roofing professionals after a devastating hail storm that had effected my house and pole barn. Not knowing much of anything on how everything works he came out that same day and walked around with me and assessed the damage to my home and talked me through on what I needed to do and how to do it. They put a new roof on my house one year ago and the guys did an awesome job! I called them to come back after the hail damage this year because I know the quality of they’re work…I was hoping for the same guys to come back but was informed that one of my neighbors gave a bad review (they were working on my house not hers) that was a total lie so those guys won’t be coming back…they were professional and respectful, she has issues…I feel really bad that she did that and if I had known about it last year I could have responded to undo her damage!!!The guys were here on 09/18/23 to redo my roof after the hail damage…again they did an awesome job and completed the job in full in one day…I am impressed with there work ethics’s!
