Gold Medal Roofing is a pleasure to deal with, and their work is high quality, timely, and professional. My roof project was no small task, but Gold Medal Roofing had this mammoth project completed with the best of quality in a couple of days. Not only did my roof come out looking great, the work crew did an excellent job of keeping the place tidy. My sales rep, Brandon, was friendly, straightforward, and honest. He made the process very simple from start to finish, which was a blessing as this is my first time hiring a roofing company. His thorough and frequent communication meant I was never in the dark at any point during the process, and he was more than happy to address any concerns I had along the way. The entire crew at Gold Medal Roofing do excellent work, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We have had 2 houses roofed by Gold Medal Roofing. They are, by far, the BEST! From start to finish, making sure we understood what is to be expected. Brandon (house #1) & Shawn (house #2) are very professional and courteous, and always answered our questions. Even when needing to discuss issues with Insurance, they were informative. The entire team, office, scheduling, laborers, bin pick up, etc. we're very clean, neat, organized, patient, detailed. We were so delighted and relieved, after a job, they clean up themselves. We did not have any issue with having to go out and clean up.The quality of work is outstanding.

Thank you to the team at Gold Medal Roofing. We took advantage of the FREE roof inspection not knowing that we had a potential problem. They found hail damage that we could not see from the ground. Our insurance company sent out an adjuster who confirmed and completely agreed that our roof needed to be replaced. They were professional and took care of everything with the insurance company for us. Gastavo and his crew did a beautiful job and were very conscientious about keeping things protected and cleaned up. I have no doubt that we avoided a potential water damage claim. All of this and my insurance premiums did not increase. Thank you to Cory and Bill with all that you did for us.

In late July our neighborhood was in the path of a storm with large hail. We thought we came through it fine when a neighbor referred us to Gold Medal Roofing and Bill Lewis, manager. Bill did an inspection of our roof and was able to show us many areas of damaged shingles from the large hail. These spots aren't easy to identify unless you know what to look for. Bill helped us file a claim with our insurance company and was here to work with the insurance adjuster. The insurance claim covered the complete cost of the roof replacement. Gold Medal sent an experienced crew who did a great installation job in just over a 24 hr. period. Many homes in our subdivision have had roof repairs from this storm and we have seen work done by many companies. Our Gold Medal crew did an outstanding clean up job.We're very thankful we were introduced to Gold Medal and Bill, Corey, Jerry and their team. Bill's knowledge and willingness to work with our insurance company made the whole incident easy and smooth. Everyone we encountered in person, by phone or email has been professional and extremely helpful. Couldn’t be happier with Gold Medal Roofing, especially Brandon Perry. I made a Facebook post on my local community page for a small leak in our roof in April of 2023. Brandon reached out and set up a time to come take a look. He diagnosed the problem, but said our roof had other natural damages and thought he could get us approval from insurance for an entire roof replacement. At the time we weren’t ready for replacement so on a gentleman’s handshake basically, he said he would patch the leak for free if we used him in the future for replacement. His repair job lasted until July 2023 and we noticed the water spot getting bigger. As promised, contacted Brandon and he came out immediately to start the claims process. At first our insurance only wanted to replace a small portion of the roof but with Brandon’s expertise he filed a rebuttal with our insurance because he would have to tear into other parts of the roof for what the insurance approved. Insurance sent out another adjuster, spoke with Brandon and got us approval for an entire roof replacement. It was smooth sailing from there! We were originally told it was about a 4 week lead time but ended up have our roof replaced just over a week later. I highly recommend this company, and huge thank you to Brandon and his team!
