Last spring I came home from vacation to find a leaking roof. I contacted Anton with Olax Master Roofing and his team immediately came out and put tarps over the suspect areas. They advised me to contact my insurance company and worked with me through the process. They were extremely helpful, professional and always got back to me promptly.The quote was thorough and easy to understand. My new roof was replaced in one day including the replacement of a skylight. Olax have completed two projects for me to date ( deck and roof ) and I can’t wait to have Olax do my siding. I had weather damage to my roof from a storm. I contacted them and they made the process so easy and seamless. I really didn’t even have to deal with my insurance company much. The whole tear off and replacement was completed in one full working day to my surprise. The clean up was great, and my roof replacement looks BEAUTIFUL. We have had the roof now for one full winter and I can say with confidence there are no issues. After pricing out multiple roofing companies I settled on Olax Master Roofing and I am so happy that I did!!! Alan, the estimator, was very professional and helped guide me on some ways to make the replacement more cost friendly as our insurance company was covering the cost after some storm damage. Alan did an amazing job communicating the time frame my replacement would be taking place and even got our project in earlier than expected which is impressive considering all the back and forth with our insurance company. The team they sent for the replacement was exceptional!!!!! They worked quickly and the finished product made our house look brand new! Their clean-up was exceptional and other than the new roof you wouldn’t have even known they were there. I 100% recommend this professional company that does excellent work! They did our roof in October 2021. Very reasonable pricing and quality work. What really impressed me was how the roof was never exposed to bad weather during the teardown. The re-roof was quick and cleanup was thorough. Definitely a conscientious crew

Anton and his team were wonderful to work with!! We needed a new roof at Treeside (a mental health counseling practice in a historical 1899 Victorian) and were able to continue with business as they coordinated well around our team and clients. The work they did was efficient, beautiful, and exceeded our expectations. They even identified a problem with our chimney that we were unaware of and took care of it for us. I would (and have) used them again, and again, and again!!

I had them come out and inspect my roof, they later performed replacement on my aged shingles. They were communicative before and after the work, I didn't have much contact with the crew. Any issues I had were quickly resolved.They added in an exhaust for my bathroom fan where I requested it, and I particularly appreciate James' patience throughout the process.Service: Roof installation

They replaced our roof in December. Sunny day but cold (of course!). Didn't faze them, and they did a wonderful job. The foreman explained all the work being done and saved me money by showing how I didn't really need a feature I thought I needed (and signed up for). It was omitted, and the final bill reduced accordingly. Very professional company. I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Alan, our point of contact, from start to finish was great to work and communicate with. Alan answers his phone when it rings, quickly responds to texts and emails -- and if there is a miscommunication about any steps along the way, Alan will make it right. I only say that because this was our first semi-major (to us anyway) home repair and I was unfamiliar with the process and did not know what to expect when supplies arrived prior to the job being scheduled (actually it was on the books already but I asked to reschedule it so, the product and materials had already been ordered)---I called Alan when the delivery showed up and he explained he forgot to tell me they were going to show up anyway even though we had asked to push back the installation date. I appreciated that he just plain said, "My mistake, I meant to tell you they would show up." Very refreshing!!! Each crew that showed up to do the roof work and gutter replacement were great! Polite and very respectful of cleaning up after they were done and were pleasant to deal with if they did have questions of me.I really like the warranty that comes with the work done, and both jobs only took a day each. Our roof replacement was a bit complicated because of large areas that were low slope. They were very patient, honest and straightforward. They did nice work repairing some rotted plywood and framing. They helped resolve a sunken area of the roof that was preciously repaired incorrectly. They were also responsive after the job to resolve a non-standard exhaust pipe that could not be completed on installation day. Olax did a great job, and I would highlt recommend them.

Alan and his team did a great job on our new roof installation. He was up front and transparent on costs and pricing, and his roofers did a great job with installing the roof as well as cleanup after the job was done. I would say they went above and beyond what one would normally expect these days from contractors. One example is they installed proper roof vents for things like our kitchen range hood that had not been there previously. The guys added these extra little details without having to ask, or charging us extra for them. The price was fair, they worked quickly, and they delivered an above average finished product. James Haynor was very friendly and we didn't feel pressured at all. The supplies were delivered and the roofers came in the time frame that was given to us. They worked hard, were not verbally noisy, and they cleaned after themselves. Even when the dumpster was pulled out of our driveway the driver came back and went over our driveway carefully looking for any possible nails.
