The only problem we had where all the delays. Unfortunately we will not be able to enjoy our new deck till spring. The work around the main posts is only filled in with peat gravel instead of cement to match the cement that had to be cut out. The main deck was finished very well. Thanks to Tony and his sons. Not sure if we would recommend C&L in the future.

The two men who installed our front door were amazing! They were easy to work with and talk to. Andy and Bryan even talked with my kids while working and never once seemed annoyed or bothered. They were professional through and through. I come from a construction family that married into an electrical contracting family. I have been through every variation of installation experience and C&L Ward Davison was one of the best installers we have ever had in our house! I would recommend them 100/100 to anyone needing a front door! And to Andy and Bryan, thank you both for an amazing job well done! Our front door is perfect, works great, and is perfectly sealed! Allen is 5 star service. Obviously he has been in the game a while, he knows his stuff and he is of an age where he can quite calmly say he comes from a generation that fixes stuff. I am extremely happy with his performance today fixing my primary concern as well as on showing my doors he tweaking them right there on the spot making them right. The crew assigned to our project was the BEST of the BEST. They arrived exactly at 8 am both days and were just really really nice guys! They replaced two old sliding patio doors with new windows and also replaced another smaller window. The work was perfect. We just love our new windows! These guys were kind, polite, cleaned everything up and were a pleasure to have in our home. They were even kind to our dog!!!! A++++++++++ service.Thank you so much!!!! Highly recommend.

This has been a great experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend working with C and L Ward. The hail damage repairs were done in a timely manner and in a thorough and organized way. The best thing about this company and the way they handled our claim was their communication. At every step of the way, I was informed of everything and asked for my input. My insurance adjuster (Fremont) met with Steve, our C and L In-home consultant, and worked out a cost. Steve took me around and discussed the needs using a digital program, and I reviewed and signed each part. I was assigned a project coordinator: Stacy, and she called me frequently to tell me when items would be delivered, when the teams would come, and was happy to answer my questions or refer them to Steve, and get back to me. I really felt part of the team. I had the names and phone numbers of installation managers for roofing, siding, and decking. The workers were on time and pleasant to work with. When the work was completed, I did a walk-around with Steve and felt like everything was well done, although Stacy called after that to make sure I was satisfied, and whether I had any other concerns. I had had a very different experience with another company that installed my deck (I took the low bid) and was treated very poorly and was unsatisfied with the outcome. It is so refreshing to work with a company that cares about their work, their client, and uses state of the art communication and tools.C and L Ward is totally worth the the price, and I received discounts from them that kept the price covered by my insurance company. My house was inspected, adjusted, and finished in a very reasonable time-by the end of end of October.I will never use another company, and recommend C and L Ward to anyone who has a project that they want done right with good communication and excellent workmanship

I was really anxious about the cost of having a whole house of windows replaced. Everyone that I have dealt with at the company has been helpful, kind and respectful. Starting with the salesman who lives in my neighborhood, to the project manager who kept me in the loop through the whole process, to the installation guys who spent the last few days in my home. The windows look great! They're functional and beautiful. The installation was done very professionally, the guys took the time to do it right!! I hope I don't have to incur this expense again, but with the warranty, I don't have to worry.

I can't put into words how pleased I am with C&L Ward. My whole experience with this company was top notch. I highly recommend them. Freddie was the salesman and he totally took care of every want and concerns. Stacey the project manager kept me up to date on every step of the process. I wish i could remember the installers names because they did a fantastic job. Kept the ground clean. They kept the mess inside clean as well. My windows look great. Highly recommend CL Ward!We had our roof completely replaced by CL Ward this year and I cannot say enough positive things about this experience.We got quotes from many different companies, and CL Ward really stood out. The price was neither the lowest nor the highest, but about middle of the road. After seeing the quality of their workmanship and materials, I would say the pricing was absolutely fair.There is something to say about the salesman and the actual quote itself, as well. Our salesmans name was Greg Rice. He was always calm, responsive (no matter when I got ahold of him, he even answered my call while he was on vacation), never tried to upsell us on things we didn't need and even tried to save us money where he could. He gave us a detailed quote with a full packet of information on everything including all of the materials and pricing, material and labor warranty, and what to expect in the process. Not every company provided such a detailed and organized proposal and it was extremely helpful throughout the project. We also had an insurance claim, and when there was a discrepancy between our insurance estimate and the price offered by CL Ward, Greg Rice provided us detailed reports on where the discrepancy was and why to provide to the insurance company. (For example, the insurance company had not counted the number of existing roof vents correctly and had included no ice and water shield).The project coordinator, Ashley, was very helpful in the process as well. She kept good communication with us so we would know when to expect everything (such as when the dumpster or materials would arrive or when the install would begin). She always answered promptly and was very friendly. The install actually began earlier than the anticipated start date.The team who came to install the roof was incredible. They were very professional and hardworking and showed up and got to work quickly. They finished the roof faster than I would have imagined. They were always friendly (even working on insanely hot days) and were great to talk to and answered any questions we had. They also were meticulous about cleaning up and took special care around my vehicles (I have 2 show cars that I was very worried about)! We haven't had any issues with finding nails or anything in the yard either. We really liked the team and thought they were awesome!The overall quality of the work and material seems top notch. We haven't had any issues and there have been some major storms since the install. The roof looks incredible too, it makes the whole house look newer!As intimidating as getting a new roof seems, both with how important of an aspect a roof is and with how expensive it can be, CL Ward made it such an easy and pleasant process. They helped us every step of the way and I would recommend them to family, friends, anyone who needs home renovation work done, and would use them for any future projects. Quality of the work done is good. I had a composite deck put in. Was told if I sign in April my project would be done by the end of May. Materials were delivered and ready to go the second week of May. Project didn't get done till the first of July. So they run 4 to 6 weeks behind schedule. Was told project would be done the end of May. That's with me pushing on them. I had other projects going on at the house. This put a damper and a setback in all my projects. I am happy with the end product. Not happy with the time frame that it took to get done.
