The D&W team were great throughout the whole process. We received (3) bids for our home windows. It was nice that all of the “upgrade” by the other two were the standards D&W had for all products. They were also very competitive in pricing which was surprising given then “upgrades” their windows all have. Since having the windows installed, my furnace has ran 8 hours less a day and overall comfort has increased. I am so glad I went with this company for such a big investment.I will recommend D&W forever!!

Excellent experience from start to finish! I am very happy with our entire bathroom remodel - especially the knowledge, craftsmanship and customer service of the people we worked with. John watched over every detail along the way, Heather is a wonderful consultant and had great suggestions, and Jake & Joe Kneuss are expert, knowledgeable craftsmen. Jake & Joe were on time, kept us informed, ask our preferences as they went along, stayed with this very large job all day until completion, cleaned up everything when they were done and left us with a beautiful walk in shower in 1 day. I highly recommend D & W if you want a beautiful bathroom remodel. See pre & post pics below.

The shower looks really good. Update: Great customer service. They are coming back out to repair the window frame. The bathroom turned out amazing. The single photo shows what it looked like before the updates. Just an incredible job they did.

They did awesome! All 30 windows and patio door finished in 4 days just before Christmas. The 2 guys on the job were absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and installation! Highly recommend.

D&W Doors and Windows did a great job installing 10 windows for us. We did have one minor issue but they were very quick to respond and fix the issue. I definitely recommend them! (And we’re having them install a new storm and entry door system next week, that’s how satisfied we are).5/21/24 Update: The installation of our door system took place today and this project went even better than the windows. Bob was our craftsman and he treated our house and the installation as if it was his own and as if the house was a showpiece. Bob was very detailed in his craftmanship, he made sure he left no fingerprints and he cleaned up everything before leaving. Beautiful workmanship.

I wish I could select 10 stars, because my experience with the entire team at D&W has been nothing but exceptional.The construction process couldn't have been more efficient.Even after hitting a snag with the local building inspector, this team quickly came up with a solution that resolved his questions.The attention to detail was phenomenal. Even clean-up was stellar; ever day ended with sweeping up and ensuring construction equipment was neatly stored.The quality of construction means this is a 3-season room which I'll enjoy for decades.I couldn't be happier!Herb, Andrew, and Mitchell, the main construction team, deserve a ton of credit.

Had a walk in shower installed and I love it!! The three guys who came were very kind, explained everything, and were here 7 hours. Cleaned up all areas they were in and took all rubbish with them. Very satisfied and I recommend D&W. Their product is great and so are their workers

Wow. I wish I would’ve read all of these negative reviews before we bought this house. Yes, they LOOK new but upon closer inspection they are very poorly installed. I called D&W when we bought our house about 5 months ago. I wanted to let them know that the sunroom appeared to have had water damage coming from their leaky windows, hoping they would send someone out to take a look at them. A rep told me they installed the windows and awning to the sunroom in 2017 and that their warranties don’t transfer to new owners. Real bad sign if that’s one of the first things out of their mouths. That was it. No offer of assistance, no “sorry to hear that-let me send a repair tech out”. Nothing. So, after one of the rainiest summers I can remember, we decide to rip out the drywall damage and start over. Here is what the inside looks like. We are convinced that this is all from their piss-poor installation, and, call me crazy but I kinda feel like windows should last a whole lot longer than 6 years. The caulking/sealing around the windows appears to be non existent. I swear, I could’ve done a better job with caulk. Well, at least we know who NOT to buy new windows from.Service: Window installation

We had 13 windows replaced in 2.5 days. Basement, main floor, and upstairs. The installation crew was wonderful. Polite, careful, nice individuals who worked quickly in a crazy house full of stuff. They even honored our last minute requests to keep the old glass, and to avoid stepping on baby plants. Very impressed with them. Getting a sunroom added on this summer because we trust D & W.

I love my new shower from D&W. I went with the basic white so that it fit my decor but it is still the best shower I have ever had. Doesn’t need to be fancy to see the high quality of the product.The installation crew (Jake & Joe Kneuss) were very knowledgeable and very friendly. They did a great job of being respectful of my house (put down cloths in their travel path) and continually cleaned up after themselves. They kept in touch with me on progress and made sure my add-ons went where I wanted them.I would highly recommend getting your next shower from D&W (and don’t forget to ask for Jake & Joe for the install 😁).

Had a walk-in shower installed replaced the bathtub. They showed up when promised, and did a great job. The installers were very professional and courteous. Did a great cleanup after they were done. Also, they showed us how to work the new faucets. They also explained the proper way to keep it clean.

From the first time to the showroom to look at walk in showers, the trips to the house to measure and confirm to the installation everything went smooth. The installers made my day. They were professional, efficient, worked well together and they were singing and whistling. They cleaned up, shook our hands and were out of here. We were impressed. There is a trim piece missing at the front of the shower because there will be new flooring put in next week and then they will come back to put that in.

Friendly and attentive from the moment you enter store and throughout the entire process . We just had a tub to shower conversion and have no complaints just one suggestion. It would be nice if the plastic panels came in a larger size than 5 ft. Our tub was 6ft and we had to use shelving systems at both ends to cover the area. It’s okaybut, for us, we would rather not have had to do this.A shout out to their installers, Jake and Joe who were friendly, courteous and had great caring and skills completing our recent installation.

My mom recently had D & W come to her house to replace her tub with a walk in shower. We were very happy with the professionalism, the quality of work, and kindness and respect that the crew showed my 88 year old mom. The shower looks and works great and the crew did a great job picking up after the job. We would highly recommend them.
