An outstanding group of technicians. Unfortunately, my 7 year furnace started acting up during the coldest days of January, and the team at Davison H&C responded and fixed the issue. Austin, Alex, and Cameron did a great job. Alex came over to the house at 6 pm, and after he diagnosed the problem, he drove back to the shop, brought the part and installed in the same night. Great work, and I highly recommend them.

We scheduled an inspection of our AC, and Cameron and another tech came as scheduled. We’ve had other AC and furnace inspections, but the techs are the best of the best! Everything was gone over and tested, and when finished, everything was explained, and answered any questions. There was NO pressure to replace anything, but options were given when we asked. We will definitely recommend them!

Called them to give me an estimate for a new A/C unit since mine was 32 years old and finally gave up on the hottest day of the year. A sales person came out the same day I called. I Scheduled replacement for the next day. In the morning they came out and installed the new HE unit. It was up and running by 2 pm the same day. I should save around $50/month in my electric bill (8 SEER to 13 SEER). Conner and Tristram did a great job of installation and my wife is happy.

Cameron McCormick Did my AC maintenance this Spring and he was just awesome. He explained andhow it can save me for the annual maintenance for heating and cooling and electrical checks and signed me up. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable!

We were gouged on the price of a new thermostat.We are were out of town and had an issue with our home in Michigan. We called for after hours assistance on Sunday, January 14, 2024.They were very prompt with showing up. We had absolutely no problem paying the $125 after hours fee which is on top of the parts, diagnosis and repair fees. We were told our thermostat was inoperable and that we need a new one.We were given two options:$350 Emerson 1F86-0244 ($40 on Amazon)$600 Ecobee ($160-200 on Amazon)We had no heat and had no choice but to go with one of the options.We went with the Emerson because we had to get heat in the house. It’s nothing special and you can purchase this same one for approximately $40. We understand some markup but this is ridiculous.My husband called to speak with the manager and they were unwilling to work with us on the price. The only thing we were offered was $100 off the $600 Ecobee which is still $100’s more than it should cost.We called them because we have used them in the past and were happy with the service. We have referred them to others in the area.We are definitely not happy now and will discontinue our business with them.

Alex was very polite and informative. He took time to explain everything that was happening with our furnace so we could make an informed decision. I really appreciated his professionalism. I was very pleased with the whole experience. My service technician, Alex G., was right on time and I received a text message before he arrived to tell me he was on the way. When he arrived, he was very thorough in diagnosing the issue with my furnace and addressed proactive maintenance options as well. I was offered several different repair and service options along with an option for financing, which was very convenient for my situation. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and the company in general. I recently joined their $15 monthly program, and haven’t been disappointed yet. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and very informative. Fast to arrive to the job, and fast to complete whatever service needed. I’ve dealt with multiple techs, Cameron, Josh, Kolby, and someone who came with Kolby that I can’t remember the name (sorry 😬), and all were great. Had to replace my entire furnace, and many options and financing were presented to me, which was a huge relief. Highly recommend for all your HVAC needs.

Alex did a wonderful job explaining options to replace furnace, AC and hot water heater. Seemed promising as I am comparing multiple options. Was then told it is company policy not to provide a written quote for services to be provided. Wasted the Technician and my time. No clue how they sell business without documenting the product/services/work to be performed at what price. I am still flabbergasted.

Your young service person was very professional and knowledgeable about furnace issues that may be needed. He also explained very clearly the maintenance plan that I have with your company. Recommended that I might consider having our ducts cleaned and also help me decide to have one of your electrical personnel stop by for a minor repair that should be done.I would gladly have him back for any future services needed. Dylan was outstanding! Had Davison come out for a small electrical issue. The electrician who came out, Dylan, noticed as he was approaching our home that the soffit light on our rafter had broken and offered to replace it.He had to run out to Home Depot for a replacement , and replaced it for a small surcharge.I am impressed with this company, and Dylan in particular. I will surely use their services again!!!

I've used Davison Heating and Cooling twice this year. Once in the beginning of the year for a planned installation of a garage heater and again in September for an unplanned HVAC system replacement. Dave gave me reasonable estimates both times, was always there to answer every question that I had, and even stopped by with the service tech on a weekend to solve a problem that I had with my garage heater. They just finished installing a new Bryant furnace and AC unit in the house. Once again Dave helped me pick the perfect unit for my home. Installers Levell and Connor were great and did an excellent job with the installation of the furnace and AC units. From the estimate, through the install, and even with the Quality Check and follow up calls afterwards, it was a great experience. I highly recommend Davison Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs.

$19,000 was the quote we received for a Bryant standard efficiency furnace and air conditioning unit from Davison Home Services. My wife and I couldn't stop laughing....We had another company do it for less than half that price for the same furnace and air unit, plus we got a humidifier and a hot water heater too....lol. Thank God we called around or we would have thrown away over $10,000....

He took time to answer our questions and made suggestions for a service plan and anEcobee digital thermostat. We plan to have him come back for installation. Professional, efficient, excellent communication from both staff and technician. Scott the service tech diagnosed our Bryant furnace issue, he ordered the part and returned to install it on the day that was quoted. He even double checked to see if the part was under warranty (it wasn’t) I am completely satisfied with the service we received, probably the best HVAC work ever.

I had Davison Heating and Cooling out for a yearly maintenance checkup on my furnace. I was happy with what the worker did until he pulled my capacitor out for my blower. He had it off tested it and said that I needed to replace it. I asked if he had one in his van 3 minutes walk outside. I asked how much to put a new one in instead of the old one. I was told over $100.00, close to $150 not sure exactly. I told him to put the old one back in. I ordered new one for $10.25. 15 minutes for me to take panel off and replace item. Update: 4/22/24 cannot recommend this company any longer. They were bought out by a private equity company and their prices are astronomical now.Initial review from 2019: had a pipe burst and they were out quickly and took great care of me. The first two guys who were here were very nice. Had an issue with the boiler not heating properly and they had to send out the on call guy, Cody, very late at night. He was here until after midnight fixing the problem! Everything working great now and would highly recommend Davison Heating to anyone in need.Update: 5/31 - Had Tom R and Ethan C out to install a gas line for a new stove. As usual, did a great job! Employees were courteous, quick and very professional.
