Had Malcolm come out to my home about a week ago to locate a leaky water supply line behind my walls. He took meticulous care of limiting the openings in my drywall, and also cleaned up very nicely after completing the work. He also referred me to a restoration company once the leak was repaired. Our catch-all Laundry Room was accidentally flooded—quite a mess as there was carpet in that room and it had to be ripped out right away. Unfortunately it was before the holidays and a new floor was going to have to wait.. Then Malcom came to save the day! He thought of different plans of action to redo the floor. We had a water leakage from dishwasher which plumber missed it. Malcolm from Edwards Catastrophe Restoration team came on weekend (same day). They were able to find the leakage source and stopped damage. They worked quickly to prevent further damage. I had to get my sewer pipe repaired and the kitchen cabinets had to be removed as the concrete floor had to be broken and removed. Malcolm did a great job. he is very thorough and takes great care and patience to make sure the job is done right. Nothing broke, and you can not tell that it ever was removed and put back together. I will for sure use him again for anything in my house. i told him from the start, i need my family's piece of mind (with a 1, 4 and 6 yr old at home and no kitchen) and want it done right. The work is done very clean, so you don't feel like everything is a mess. the Edwards plumbing team also did a great job.

I had a leak spring and needed some of the water damaged parts of my house removed/restored. My plumber recommended I get Malcolm from Edwards Catastrophe & Repair to come out. specifically Malcolm, and give me a hand with my restoration. A day after calling Edwards Malcolm was at my house and ready to get right down to work! He was extremely informative and explained everything he found wrong, needed to be removed/fixed/repaired and recorded literally all of it so there would be no fighting with the insurance company. Malcolm was super professional, quick, informative and made this pretty crappy experience a much better one by REALLY helping out. I can't recommend Malcolm from Edwards enough!

He then made it out to my house on the same day and started the mitigation portion immediately. He was very thorough and the exclamation and what he was doing and worked fast. I can no say enough positive things about how Malcolm Beaton and the service that he provided the day of our dishwasher flood. Senior management including both Tom Caulfield and Michael Myers was attentive, responsive and regularly checked in on the project. A couple of months ago we had a devastating flood in our Basement, the result of a hard rain and a broken sump pump. It was midnight. We called six disaster mitigating companies. Edwards Catastrophe Restoration and Remodeling called back within an hour, and an hour after that they had a plumber out to fix the sump pump. An hour after that they had a “mitigator” out to drain the water from the Basement and begin the clean up. The mitigator was Malcolm Beaton, a licensed contractor. Over the next two months Malcolm and his associates cleaned up and fixed up the entire lower level of our house. They replaced drywall, base boards, painted walls, fit and hung new doors, replaced all the door hardware. The plumbers from Edwards replaced the sump pump and installed a new water operated backup.The folks from Edwards were hardworking, skilled and courteous. We couldn’t have asked for more, and could not be more satisfied. We are particularly appreciative of Malcolm and the excellent work he did from the night of the flood until the restoration was complete. They earned a 5 star recommendation from us.
