They knew what they were doing and gave us multiple options. Multiple times he visited our house to ensure the accuracy of their process. They were transparent in their assessment of our finances with honesty and with adjustments they proposed, which were way less than the original estimate contractors provided. With that said, he was flexible and signed off on the timeline the city extended. We still owe them for all of them big for all the trouble, thanks again.

This professional company went above and beyond my expectations. After JC Beal Construction assessed our fire damage restoration project, which was tremendous, his team was at our home in 20 minutes. Amazing service! JC Beal Construction was Fire Damage Cleanup team is timely and efficient, and professional. After receiving a call from my house that it had caught fire if was in panic mode. JC Beal Construction responded very quickly. It was surprising but easy; assisted with clean up and removal. I had no issues with any of my home inspections and would recommend them to anyone that would be unfortunate enough to have the same problem. This fire damage repair company is first class, trust me you'll be delighted. I had a fire, and I didn't know what restoration they do to pick up. I googled over 50 restoration companies and couldn't find anyone I was satisfied with, so I asked around to find a restoration business and JC Beal Construction came up, so I researched them. They were excellent. Sometimes customer service agencies are lacking in their communication. After we sustained damage in the basement. JC Beal Construction came out immediately and assessed the damage. His crew arrived shortly afterward and removed the debris, damaged goods, and all the ash to begin the fire damage restoration project. I would be happy to provide a review for JC Beal Construction, Inc. and its President Fred J. Beal. Several years ago, JC Beal built my 3,500 square foot home on top of an existing historical building in downtown Ann Arbor. It was beautiful. My friends and family had nothing but compliments on the design and construction. Working with the staff and construction crew could not have been more pleasant. JC Beal's motto is "Precisely as intended." They lived up to that motto on my project. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any construction project, large or small and I have done so many times.

I have been working with this company for over a year now. During this year I was able to learn so much. I make more with this construction company then any other previously. I call this home. Building a good team can be difficult in the construction trade. We are always looking for the best quality people to strengthen are teams. The company seems decent the crew is good to work with and the pay seems to be decent also but if you try to get a job with this company do not get on the crew that Terry runs because if you do you will not stay longer than a month you will quit he is rude obnoxious and belittling as a foreman you can never do anything right and you will always be Disappointed every morning to come to work and hear this guy
