This a beautiful home. I was actually surprised but extremely impressed with quality and appearance and special features of the prefabricated home. I did not mark timely in my review only because we were in the middle of the pandemic and dealt with all of the repercussions. The staff were wonderful to work with. Phil and Jenny were professional and helpful when we purchased our manufactured home from Phil and Lee’s homes in August 2021 for a summer 2022 delivery. It was a big plus to be able to see many models on their lot. We ended up purchasing an exact model they had on display. After helping us select the options and signing the contract, Phil continued to provide us updates on the production date and was more than willing to answer any questions we had along the way. Their delivery and set up teams were also friendly, responsive and helpful. Phil continued to be available for questions months after our delivery, always providing excellent customer service. Very poor service requests gas stove in New home got electric. Was told they would drop off gas stove and was up to me to get things changed over to gasSewer pipe underneath house was covered by metal bracevent pipe under bathroom sink was pulled away from pipe in wall and pipe coming out of roof was not even connected after several months finally got connected still have sewer smell definitely not to code been over a year now. buy from a different company other then phi and Lee's

We purchased a Mid-Country double wide manufactured home from Phil & Lee's last summer. Our house survived the first U.P. winter with only minor cracks from settling. The open concept makes it feel much bigger than we imagined. Phil & Lee's provided good service and we were especially pleased with Jenny. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Phil listened to our wants and needs and told us he had a single wide modular home that would meet our needs on order. Phil called us when it was delivered, we went right away to view it and loved it immediately! We met Phil at Mid Country Homes to tour the factory and to see how well constructed these homes are built. Phil LaMarch worked with us every step of the way and we selected a home that will meet and exceed our needs for our summer home in the U.P. No question went unanswered and we were very comfortable dealing with Phil and were reassured with his knowledge of the home. We chose a reputable contractor and subcontractors to place the pad and he will be working with Phil And Lee's to make sure the pad is correct. I am 70 years old and have never had a problem walking away from something I am not comfortable with. I listen to my gut and it's telling me I will not be disappointed. I expect there may be a hiccup or two but trust Phil to make sure we are well satisfied with our new home. The home is very well constructed and I have been assured it meets all building codes for the U.P. We are anxious to take possession of our new home in the spring. Thank you, Phil!

I recently was looking for a used mobile for a remote lot I bought in the northern upper peninsula. Phil showed me several units that would work well and I purchased one. They were open and honest and showed me everything this used mobile had and didn't have. This was in December of 2019 and there was already 3ft of snow on the ground and I needed it mile off the road. With more snow in the forecast, they should up with a crew, showed me what trees to cut and got it done. I'm happy with the trailer but even more satisfied with the service. Other places questioned if getting a mobile back to my location was possible at that time. Phil came to look at the site and during our conversation the verbage was always about "how" it could be done. Never "if" it could be done. These guys know what they are doing, when they say they going to figure it out......trust them. They got this!!! Thanks again to Phil and crew for coming out in snowpocolypse and getting the project done quickly. Love my trailer in the woods!!!!
