I was telling my friend how I was once again stressing out waiting for my third contractor to respond to my request for paperwork that would be the last step leading to a closing on my roof replacement. It had taken me 11 months to get to that point. She got all excited telling me about Wes Fritz of Superior Exterior and the wonderful work at reasonable prices that he had done for her and others she knew. At one point she was even loudly asking me to at least have him come out and give me an estimate. I was reluctant because I was so close to getting that necessary paperwork and actually getting started on the roof. I also still had to find someone to repair my chimney and someone to replace an interior warped wall once I could focus on those repairs.Long story short... I promised her I would get in touch with Wes. I did and he came out and within a few days had an estimate for me. The contractor I had been dealing still had not responded to me. Wes' estimate came in $200 more than the one I already had. BUT... it also included a few more items for the roof; it included repairing the chimney; and it included replacing and painting the interior warped wall. So I committed to having Superior Exterior do my work. Wes was prompt with meeting all the necessary paperwork. He and his crew were here when they said they would be and were friendly, considerate, and professional. They kept things neat and completely cleaned up when finished. I can't even praise the results enough!Getting a new roof was like getting new tires to me...something you have to do function properly. Your car is still going to look like your car. I had replaced that roof once before about 25 years ago. My house still looked like my house afterwards. This time my reaction was totally different. I felt like I got a brand new home! I am very impressed with Superior. The crew is very professional in every aspect. They are neat, clean and very respectful. They do great work and are very knowledgeable in what they do. I am very pleased!! They improved what I already had. My gutters have always leaked right in front of my front door when it rains. Even after having them replaced 3times. They guarantee that this will be the last time I have to replace them!! I will recommend them to friends and neighbors!!

This company was recommended by a trusted contractor. They lived up to his expectations and ours! Came same day as my initial call to do an estimate, though we are 35 miles from their office. They were ready to install much quicker than we were ready to have them come, as we had other construction going on. But, they coordinated with our repairs and installed in a few hours. The gutters look great and were installed very well. Anxious to see how the gutter guard material works over time. It is supposed to keep out pine needles, which is our major problem with keeping gutters clear. Office staff, as well as on site staff great to work with.

I was fortunately able to have Superior Exteriors install the remaining three seamless gutters, to match the original three they installed during Spring and once again they did an awesome job. They were also flexible at very short notice and installed leaf busters, on the most susceptible gutters for leaves in the fall while completing a job well done.

Superior Exterior replaced the roof of our garage and house in just four days!!!!! They were on time and working hard all day long!!! Their clean up was phenomenal!!!!!!
