Having your home flooded because of a burst pipe in the condo above you is completely overwhelming. Aaron Builders did an excellent job on the reconstruction. The Project Manager, Robert Medlan, was top notch. He was knowledgeable, organized, efficient, and always explained what would be happening next. He was also very kind.Every contractor that was sent to my home did excellent work. They were also very respectful of me and my belongings. They showed up when they said they would and at the time they said they would.When there were unforeseen problems, Rob handled them immediately. He is a treasure.I highly recommend Aaron Builders.

After an ice storm, our insurer sent Aaron Builders to our house to provide an estimate for repairs to our roof. Aaron Builders responded quickly and provided an emergency patch of our roof. Their staff worked closely with us to arrange the repair and ensure that we were satisfied with the materials used and the work performed. We are very satisfied with our experience. I cannot think Eric enough from Aaron builders. He was truly instrumental in helping me with the process of redoing my mom and dad's home after it had water damage there was not one thing that this man did not do to make things right when I felt things were wrong. When we had a contractor in there that messed up the basement putting paneling in Eric and the company made sure that it was all ripped out and all new was put in and it was put in properly I just can't thank them enough they did the most beautiful job on my mom's basement and they were just more than easy to work with thank you Eric job well done

Wonderful people to deal with. My repair was an insurance claim and they dealt with the insurance company to document the damage and work out the dollar amount, no small task as a total of four insurance adjusters were involved with questionable or no information passed between adjusters. The work, which involved tear off and rotted wood replacement, then shingling my roof, was completed in a single day. No worries about a rainstorm blowing in. The roof looks great! The cleanup was exceptional. They even got rid of all the leaves on my deck and driveway! Excellent work and pleasant, very professional people to deal with! I wish everyone was as pleasant and easy to deal with. Thank-you.

Aaron Builders refinished and remodeled my basement after it flooded. I am so glad that I chose Aaron Builders instead of trying to orchestrate the restoration on my own. With the current labor shortages, I would not recommend attempting a large restoration on your own. My project manager, Eric, was a very hard worker, conscientious, a great communicator, and in the end he delivered my dream basement. I decided that I wanted a lot of things rebuilt differently (different flooring, walls, closets removed, etc) and I am grateful that Eric gracefully navigated all the changes and put up with my high standards. Aaron Builders is the absolute best. We fought with our insurance company for three months before Aaron Builders came to our rescue. Project manager, Matthew Stopper, proved to the insurance company that the damage to our roof was weather related just like we’d said all along and the insurance company ended up paying 100%. Aaron Builders is lucky to have Matthew and so were we.The work they did to the interior was remarkable, too, and they cleaned everything up as they went and then super duper deep cleaning when all was done. Don’t do it. Even if your insurance recommends this company don’t fall for it. Roofer that came over to perform the repair was high. Tore the roof off and did not ensure the garage was tarped over. Rained that night and caused more damage. Now Aaron is onsite tarping and cleaning up the mess.

Nationwide Insurance send Aaron Builder to do do my house repair after water damage.Aaron Builder took the project from the started and the job done in my house was stunning, carpet floor, wood floor and vinyl floor all care in the most professional manner leaving a WOW impression from a first look. During this frustrating time when Covid was playing havoc with delivery’s and tradespeople’s work schedules, I have only good things to say about Aaron Builders. While the process of fixing my sewer backup/rebuild took a long time, I was kept informed scrupulously by Robert Medlin along the way, so I didn’t feel lost in the abyss. I was notified when people were coming, and excellent builders, painters and plumbers we’re chosen. He is the best project manager I’ve ever encountered .

Can't say we are happy with them. We are in our 3rd week of new tile( had to order more as they ran out). None of the appliances have been moved back and connected, original contact is on vacation someone else took over, I had to call to get info. Waiting on them to reinstall appliances and the sink they moved. And the movers that were to be here to move my stuff back in. Not happy at all!

Our home experienced water damage as a result of improper install by a previous owner. The first contractor we used strung us along for months and after the third part for insurance connected us to Aaron Builders we finally started seeing movement again. It was disheartening that the owner instructed our Proj. Manager to cancel the project when insurance was proving difficult but after some communication between insurance, myself, and our proj. manager the whole thing was sorted and things got moving again. The team sent out got the work done in about a weeks time which was a breath of fresh air given between the first contractor and getting connected and payment sorted with Aaron Builders we had been without our master bath for 9+ months. William Johnson was our proj. manager and he was highly communicative and kept me updated of changes or needs and was overall a huge part of why this was a good experience despite the long delay. He was understanding of gaps in my own understanding and was happy to talk out concerns/problems. The office staff I interacted with over the phone were pleasant and professional as well as being quick with processing any paperwork needs. I hope I never need a contractor again for home insurance but if I do I will ask for Aaron Builders probably.

Our experience with Aaron Builders has been an absolute nightmare. Simple repairs have taken over six months and still are not close to being finished. Constant delays, constant excuses, and they initially did such a poor tarping job that additional damage was caused.They left all of the lights in the home on and the back door wide open after a day of work (when they showed up at all).Most recently, they tried to sneakily patch a ceiling that everyone agreed needed to be replaced (the entire ceiling was sagging). Save yourself months of headache and take your business elsewhere, I don't know how these people are in business at all..
