I am on the board of a small condominium complex in Royal Oak. We have struggled with roof repairs for many years and tried many different roofers. We started using American Standard Roofing and were so impressed and pleased that when the time came to replace our roof, the board naturally selected American Standard to do the work. Marion was very thorough and professional and setting up the proposal. Jason worked as our project manager on the install and not only our board, but the homeowners, have given him high praise. American Standard uses high quality materials, does an excellent job on installation and clean up, and the back office could not be easier to work with. I highly recommend American Standard - they're the best that we've worked with!!!

I am giving American Standard Roofing 100 stars. This is a top notch company from the beginning to the end. Our positive experience started with Mike, the Sales Rep. As soon as he got out of his car, he knew the perfect shingle color for our home. He produced a quote within 24 hours of his visit. Steve and his crew did an amazing job installing our roof. They worked all day tirelessly until dark. After a long hot day on the roof, they were still friendly during their tidy clean up. They never complained once and in fact they were so appreciative of a cooler of water and food I had for them. After finding out my roof was leaking and had been for awhile without knowing, I contacted American Standard Roofing for a repair call. I was scheduled fairly quickly and Jason came to my home. After finding the source, he installed a tarp till I could schedule a roof installation. I filled an insurance claim and notified the office when my adjuster would be out. On the day of the adjuster meeting, Jason showed up moments before the adjuster and set up a ladder and was there to help answer questions regarding my leak. So thankful he was there to help! My new roof was installed 2 weeks later. My new roof looks great, and the cleanup was phenomenal.Thank you to the service team, sales office and to the installers for making this insurance claim stress free!

Brandon and an assistant provided detailed information regarding a roof repair issue we had. He and the office followed up in a timely and professional manner, took time to find matching shingles for our older roof, repaired our leak, and even came back to look when we had another issue. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with American Standard Roofing of Mi. Joe the sales consultant was super knowledgeable about their GAF products and installation and was very responsive to all of my questions and consistently followed up. Marion and Amy at the office were great to deal with and very knowledgeable also. We had the entire roof replaced which included the tear off of a couple layers of old shingles and it was a big job. Jay Hawk and his installation crew were friendly and very respectful of cleaning up the property at the end of each day. My roof and gutters are complete. I love love 💕 my new roof! Gutters also look phenomenal too.Steve my job foreman was super sweet and so dedicated to making me thrilled and delighted with the roof and clean up. The crew came on Friday 9-11-20 at around 8 am and didn’t leave til after 9 pm. Work was started all while I was at work. Then Steve came back the next day,Saturday to make sure the work done in dark was good and clean up perfect. The dumpster was removed later Saturday and I had my driveway back just like that.On Tuesday September 15th the gutters were installed. Again I was at work. When I came home to gutters it took me some time to adjust to the placement of front porch gutters but after looking at it over and over and talking with a few guys, i suppose it really was the best place to ensure the water went away from the house.Roof done in one day. I’m so happy I chose ASR!Thank you ASR for stopping my leaks and helping me add value to my property.God bless American Standard Roofing for superb precision and quality. Permits were pulled for the work in my municipality3. AMR has been in business for 20+ years, and with a local Southfield address4. has great standing with BBB,5. Provided dumpster and took it away the day after since work was done past 9pm6. Promptly removed dumpster the next day7. Put the safety of the crew and quality of my roof first by rescheduling whenever it rained. I didn’t mind at all.8. Told me upfront the cost of plywood should they find it dry rotted9. Repaired or put up new plywood10. Drip edge technology and under layment11. Used quality Timberline HDZ Shingles— I loved the many color choices in this system.12. I was first told it would be a two day job but they doubled up the crew and they were done in less than one day. 2/7/23 My roof has leaking around our fireplace chimney for years. We have had several roofing companies look at it and they all have said the roof is fine. We have had 2 separate companies come and repair around the chimney. Sooo, I called American Standard Roofing to come take a look at it. Justin was just here. He is a very pleasant young man. He checked the roof around the chimney and immediatly found the problem, The problem is not the roofing. The chimney is falling apart, bricks, mortar, cap water has been flowing in from there. We seriously need a Mason to repair it. All the other companies just looked at the roof not for other potential causes. Justin noticed it and took pictures to show me. After 7 years of dealing with this I cannot begin to express the gratitude I feel!!!!! Thank you American Standard and especially to Justin!!!Sincerely, Laurie

A stellar A++++ experience from the beginning to end. Joe came out to give us a quote and was knowledgeable about all things roofing. He was thorough, and even came back a second time when we had some more questions. The office staff was fantastic as well. I always felt like our questions were answered quickly. They kept us completely informed of what to expect leading up to the install date. On the day of the install, the crew arrived on time. They were all wonderful and worked so hard on a hot day from 7am to 6pm - until the job was finished. There wasn't quite enough shingles to finish the cap at the top, but they came back the very next day to finish it up. The super, Dave, was here also making sure the install was going smoothly. And the owner of the company even came by to make sure we were happy and that everything was going well. Everything was cleaned up perfectly at the end of the job too. We got several quotes before deciding, and we felt so much more comfortable with American Standard than the others that came out, and the price was more than fair. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company for any work you need done. A roof is a major expense, and this company made me feel like we got every penny of our money's worth and more.

Supervisor came next day for follow up inspection and owner called me folllowing week to hear about my experience.
