Nick at EJH Construction, Inc was wonderful to work with. We had damages to the front brick on our home due to an auto accident. The repair was very challenging, but the team worked very hard to make sure the brick and mortar matched and looks wonderful. Nick really made this process stress-free. I would highly recommend them for your next project. They left our landscaping, yard and walkway in perfect condition and everyone was so helpful and friendly.

EJH did an incredible job! Ron Hinkley was our project manager and answered every call and question I had within an hour of me calling. I went from unimaginable water damage in our basement of our new house to a new and improved basement that my wife and I like better. John came to my Mom’s home during a emergency situation after part of a giant tree had fallen on her house. We were instantly relieved with his level of care and expertise. John and his team put together a plan in quick order to ensure my Mom’s safety with the damaged roof as well as a subsequent plan for the extended repairs needed. EJH completed our door project a few days ago, and just wanted to let you know that it couldn’t have gone much better. Rick and his staff were great to work with and the interactions between them and our staff was great. The work was quiet, and they cleaned up after themselves. Housekeeping was very impressed with them as well. My furnace failed on the coldest day of the winter (of course). Panicked about the temperature in my house and that my pipes were going to freeze, I reached out to EJH. They were very responsive and professional. They had a crew at my house within 20 minutes and equipment in place. Also, communication with the project team was wonderful. Old sliding doors had let in water (unbeknownst to me), causing damage to the subfloor in the corner of my living room. I didn't notice the damage until two years after replacing the sliding doors. Needing this fixed, I called EJH Construction. They were always on-time and very quick to respond to any phone calls. They said it would take seven days to complete, though they ended up getting it done in only two (which in turn lowered the final bill!). After they finished the construction part, our carpet had to be laid back down. I assumed a one or two day wait for the carpet guy to come out. To my pleasant surprise, he came the same day, laying down all the carpet and then putting all my furniture back in place. I had my living room back in less than 48 hours. All in all, it was an easy and stress-free process. Highly recommended!!

WOW! EJH responded quickly when called for water damage caused by a leak. They promptly removed the affected carpeting and drywall. The next day they were replacing the drywall, mudding and taping and ordered the replacement carpet. Within three days they were completed with the repairs. Chris and his crew were very responsive to our concerns and even worked on the weekend to ensure the repairs were completed with in our timeline. I strongly recommend this company!

I was referred to this company by another company that removed a fallen tree from my home. What a big mistake going with EJH. They were able to put a tarp on my roof fine but when it came actually repairing the roof they wasted so much of my time in communications. When they would say they would call me back at certain day they never would. 95% of the time I would have to constantly follow up with them and they would would tell me they would call me back and the same exact thing would happen again. I was passed around to 4 or 5 different people there was no clear person in charge. None of them would follow up. I was told they would come the next morning to take pictures of the roof to provide more info to the insurance. They never came and they didn't inform me as to what is going on. Finally I said lets just fix what the insurance would cover and can you give an estimate for the complete roof. They told me they would get back to me and never did. That was a span for 4-5months. Rather than saying that they can't do the job they just keep flat out lying that they will get back to me with no intention of ever doing so. This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and just does not care. Will never think about going with them for anything again.Service: Roofing

EJH scammers. Mitigation Department is horrible. No respect. Just because your insurance company is paying it is still up to you to research and investigate to get the best price for you. The tone Mr. Steve Ball and Mr. Robert Hubel has, NO your not going to over charge me and talk down to me get off my property. Why did Mr. Hubel take photos after I throw him off my property.Absolutely not, no quote was given at all and not interested. Mr. Hubel was asked to leave our property before any quote. Mr. Hubel sneaked and took pictures after I came back in house. We have camera that recorded this occurrence. I wish my husband was home to deal with EJH disrespectful salesman. Please don’t try and paint a picture different than the truth. This isn’t our first rodeo. No pictures were needed because I had terminated everything and pictures were taken after EJH was thrown off our property. “ Quote accurately reflect” nothing. #EJHISAJOKEANDSCAMMERS

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I have been out of my house for going on 6 months due to fire-smoke water damage. The original project manager was fired from the company and on June 21, 2019 I met with the new project manager that promised me I was going to be their top priority. I met with new project manager and company CEO at my little 800 square foot gutted home- still waiting on repairs. I received a call today that I have yet a NEW project manager and he is promising the same priority status for my home repairs.
