I LOVE Greener Method! I switched to Stanley Steemer and with them, the stains kept coming back. With Greener Method, they take their time and walk you through what they are doing. We had a lot of pet stains and I am hoping they stay gone. Great customer service with Lamar as well!

My experience with Mr. Joel Wheaton and Greener Method Cleaning was great. When our home flooded in mid-January, Joel quickly responded to my Facebook post, offering immediate help. He gave valuable advice, guided us through insurance, and assessed the damage efficiently. Despite a small issue during cleanup, Joel and his team showed excellent customer service. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their techs. Had the pleasure of using their services twice now with the pre opening of our restaurants. Jason was there for both jobs and he cleaned the place spotless. Once you use Greener Method the other cleaning companies just can't compare with the level of job done and the excellent customer service. They present themselves as if people with high level of honesty and integrity. once they find out insurance pays they triple quadruple their bill by overdoing things that are not necessary or over charge … they came for a simple basement water damage due to a pipe leak and billed 14K for the work …. never will recommend or use them for life. They know the insurance game well. Make money at customers cost.

I just moved into a new house and unfortunately the carpet was damaged with stains. I wasn’t sure if this was something that I would be able to handle myself, and I quickly learned it wasn’t.My technician was Lee, and after seeing the stains he informed me that this is usually caused after a carpet cleaning where people put furniture back onto a wet carpet.Thankfully Lee was able to completely remove the stains. He left me with a lot of good information on how to care for my carpet and told me to call him if there are anymore questions or concerns I had.The price was very fair and they were able to accommodate a same day service request. I’d give them my business again!

We had the guys come over to clean the carpets of a house we bought. Both John and Devin did a fantastic job!The carpets look brand new and the house smells nice and fresh and ready for us to move in.They also recommended some cleaning on the master bath and did some additional cleaning on the guest bath without us asking.
