Professional technician named Chase came out and he did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. He was very nice and did a great job talking and answering any questions I had. Not sure why he is not listed as one of your technicians on the list. Estimate was a little on the higher end but good materials would be used. The “if you finance with us” should be a few days longer to get discount and not same day. People do need time when it comes to an investment like this. Overall Chase is a great technician.

The sales process was very easy and thorough. It was great that Chase was able to come out for an estimate at 7 so we didn’t need to take time off work. His inspection was thorough and told us not to replace some things we thought we would need to. I’m excited for the future gutters and fascia wrapping we will have done.

Roof looks great! And I was very impressed with the attention to cleanup. They swept my yard 2X with a magnet collector to pick up any lost nails. The last time I had a roof done, it was up to us to find "lost" nails. They did a great job of tarping everything near the house and moving (and protecting all my Christmas decor and yard decor. I was VERY impressed!

Brian was very professional and represented the company well. From our initial estimate I left with the impression this is a trustworthy business and likely to provide a high quality service at a fair price.Brian provided me with a free estimate on a new roof and spent almost 3 hours performing the inspection and educating me on all the issues I should typically look for. Since I’m a new homeowner he was empathetic towards that and didn’t feel the need to oversell me on something I didn’t need at this time, which earned my trust. I will definitely plan to use their services in the future.

I hope leadership reads this, because I want everyone to know how great Joshua Walton is. He's very professional, showed up on time, and found problems on my home I wasn't even aware of. He provided solutions on the spot and took the time to explain things and made sure issues were addressed. The price was very reasonable, and I'm blown away with Intergrity's customer service. Just yesterday, I called to make an appointment and although I couldn't schedule for 2 weeks, I received a call back to fit me in THE NEXT DAY when I came home from work. Had they not called back, I would've seeked services elsewhere, and who knows if I would've found the additional issues.Not only did all of my problems get addressed with Joshua's excellence, this experience made me share Joshua's business card immediately.
