Timbercrest Roofing and Siding is a great company to work with. When baseball size hail damaged our roof and siding, we wanted to hire a local, reputable company. Our son recommended Timbercrest.  Bob Dockham made several visits to our home in preparation for the repairs.  The crew did a great job. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Bob and Timbercrest.

So i start my house roofing and siding project this summer, after looking around several different companies, i found Timbercrest's price and review to be the best, and boy i was right.They are very details and professional at explaining everything that needs to be done as well as clear price with no hidden fee. While doing roofing and siding, the guys even repair part of my broken roof before laying down the shingles and siding.Project manager Brian has been actively communicate with me thou, out the whole project, i started this project very late into the fall/early winter, and they are still able to get it done and finish quick before heavy snow. Highly recommended to anyone that want a professional company that cares and willing to communicate at a fair price and good quality.

When we had a hailstorm last year we had never experienced this before.Our brand new home was only a little over a year.Brian and his team at Timbercrest put us at ease, worked with the insurance company, and today it looks like it didn't happen. He was able to get the same colors and materials, he promised a good job and he delivered.So glad we went with Timbercrest.The side of the house got the brunt of the storm. It literally looked like a shooting gallery. Even the metal trim around windows looks great!!!

After the hailstorm came through Davison last summer, we were left with severe damage to the roof, gutters and siding of our home. Brian and his team at Timbercrest were quick to respond, worked well with our insurance and communicated well throughout the repair project. All of the workers who came out to work on the house were professional, polite and thorough in cleaning up when the work was done. The side of the house showed the worst of the damage - it looked like it had been attacked with a giant club. Now the siding and roof look great - so happy we went with Timbercrest!

Bob at Timbercrest was great to work with! He came to our home to help us decide what type of roof we wanted to get. He kept us very informed along the way by calling and emailing me. His crew did a great job and when a problem arose, Bob cam over to check it out and to talk to me about it. When they completed the job, they cleaned up the area! We had Timbercrest replace the siding on our home and could not be happier with the results. The different crews that came out to our house to complete the stonework, siding and gutters were all very professional and did high quality work. Brian was an excellent project manager and easy to work with from coming out to quote the project all the way through completion. He always kept us up to date and informed. Our project work was started later than initially expected, due to unavoidable labor shortage and supply chain issues, but Brian handled the delays proactively and honestly. Don't look any further!!We had several contractors out to bid our siding and roof replacement and Brian from Timbercrest was by far the most honest, accommodating and knowledgeable. Timbercrest does not use pressure tactics to get a sale. Brian kept us up to date on timing, job status and cost. Obviously, like any company they too were effected by COVID. However, they will not sacrifice quantity over quality. Both the roofing crew and siding crew were professional and experienced. The quality and attention to detail was great! Timbercrest just put a new roof on our home and I couldn’t be happier. The crew putting the roof on was outstanding. They took the time to make sure that nothing was damaged when tearing off the old roofing and every night when they left if it wasn’t for the obvious things that needed to be left out my property was so clean you could never tell that a major construction project was being done. I received a few other estimates and yes Timbercrest was not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. There are other homes in my neighborhood that have had a new roof put on by cheaper companies and it definitely shows. My wife and I could not be happier with our work from Timbercrest! We needed siding and gutters desperately. I did what everyone should do, and that is read ALL of the reviews available. Timbercrest was rated quite highly, so we thought we would get a quote from them(one of four different quotes). Brian was a delight to deal with from the start. He worked seamlessly with my project designer (wife) and answered all of my questions. His color simulator helped us decide on what we wanted. Later, he called BEFORE the promised date and said our materials were in. His team got started and finished our home in 5 days!
