We were in a storm damaged area. We were approached by Arrow Roofing to repair hail damage to our roof. We were assured that we definitely had significant damage to our roof with evidence to back that up. We were also told to schedule an insurance inspection, which we did. We were told that Arrow Roofing would be there one hour prior to the inspection appointment. We contacted Arrow Roofing, informing them of the appointment time. The day the inspector arrived there was no representation, no rep from Arrow Roofing. We called them ten minutes before the appointment. We were told that Arrow Roofing had rescheduled, BUT, did not inform myself or the insurance inspector. We later heard back, after the original scheduled time, from the field rep that he was sorry. I tried to call Arrow Roofing twice to be sent to voicemail without a return call. A VERY disappointed customer.

Arrow told me how much money they could save me and they would deal with the insurance company so I didn't have to. They would meet the adjuster at the house. I told them I already had someone but they said that was ok. The adjuster came but they didn't. Everything they said was a lie!!

The new roof was installed 04-2022. Last fall they did a band aid type of fix to stop a leak. Then again in April of this year and only out some sealing under shingles and around flashing. Now I have had a completely wet floor for days waiting on someone to reach me back. Now the interior will need fixed as well. But no one has called back.Service: Roof installation

Trenton and his team from Arrow Roofing were exceptional! After storm damage, my insurance covered a new roof and Trenton took the reigns once I choose them as my contractors. He communicated directly with my adjuster, fought for extra repairs (approved) and went the extra mile for over the top customer service! He was very communicative and responsive at all times, with sincere kindness and politeness. Arrow's crew sent to my home was professional, on time and was sure to remove the old roof and place the new one with little to no mess. They cleaned the yard, the porch and the driveway and went out of their way to be sure of no nails or scraps. I am very happy with my choice in choosing Arrow Roofing. We had storm damage and dealt with other companies before taking to Trenton with Arrow roofing. The other companies over promised and just couldn’t deliver.Trenton came through when other companies couldn’t and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Trenton worked well with my insurance company and was very knowledgeable, polite and professional every step of the way. The best part is, he was a man of his word, he showed up and did what he said he was going to do, which is a rare trait to have these days!I even recommended him to a close buddy of mine and he has had the same experience with him so far. If you want a leaky uncompleted roof, Yard full roof debris an nails or terrible customer service then I’d suggest them… after weeks of trying to get them to come back to fix and or finish my roof I received a long game of phone tag that ended with nothing I finally gave up an found another company 10/10 would not recommend
