I recently hired CAS Home Services for a basement remodel, and I have to say I am genuinely impressed by the teams professionalism. From Christopher coming out to quote the job to the crews that handled the project, their punctuality, expertise, and respect for my belongings and two pups truly stood out!When I asked about permits, CAS Home Services assured me they'd handle everything, and they did. The whole process was seamless.If you got this far into my review. I HIGHLY recommend CAS Home Services. Don't just take my word for it. Give them a call and see for yourself!

We had Christopher from CAS Home Services remodel our super funky and ridiculously small main-level bathroom. He absolutely blew us away with speed, communication, and great attention to detail. Because of Christopher's experience and planning, we felt really confident in his plans and ideas. He helped us utilize the small space in the best way possible and now it feels even bigger which was absolutely a big win for us! Breasia, our project manager, was absolutely incredible. She was so responsive, patient and an *incredible* communicator which really helped us feel confident and prepared as we took on our first home project! Can't wait to have them back for more projects - we absolutely would recommend!!!

We had a plumber do some work in our bathroom. We had a terrible experience and failed inspection. CAS took over the job. Communication was great, pricing was reasonable, the job was done in great timing. We passed inspection. Would definitely hire again.Edit: after posting this review I was curious to read other reviews people had left. I’m confused by the extreme negative ones. My experience with Chris was very chill. He was knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. I met Breasia only one time and she seemed nice. I never experienced any aggressiveness. I guess I’m just confused reading the bad reviews. Personally, I would take them with a grain of salt and at least get a consultation. My experience was great.

This company does shoddy work! Uses cheap materials that are oftentimes broken or warped. They also use fake reviews! Coworkers, family members, friends and the owners own girlfriend are all the 5 star reviews! Stay away, that is a huge conflict of interest, they cant even stand on their own work, they ask friends to give them reviews everytime they get a bad one. The work is bad and they've ruined so many homes, check out the roof on Calvin! They ruined the roof and installed roofing in he rain causing water damage! 1 star!

The owner is extremely angry and aggressive. Writes vague quotes and then uses it against you.Read the responses to bad reviews and this will give you a mere glimpse into the way this man operates.His pictures on his website are stolen from other contractor websites. Just go on CAS Home Improvement website and hold the picture until the menu comes up and look through the google lens, it will show you the website for the original picture. Not his work and fraudulent advertising which seems to track for Christopher Adam Schipper and girlfriend “project manager” Breasia Battle.The 5 star reviews without pictures I would take with a grain of salt. Breasia the “project manager” left a 5 star review herself. They all say the same thing. He’s been licensed since 08/23 how could this much work be done in 3 months?I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I had a couple of projects I needed to get completed to place and install my hot tub.Christopher has his crew were awesome to deal with. Super pleasant and very, very conscientious of my time and my family.It was the little things, worrying about tracking mud, being friendly with the dog, showing up on time.They followed up a week later making sure everything was as expected.

Do not recommend this company. The owner, Christopher, and his girlfriend, Breasia, are quite frankly awful people.Most of the reviews you read are from friends and family as Christopher admits he "blocks everyone he does work for." Breasia will tell you that she has many people who can vouch for this company’s work. However, when I went to post pictures that actually reflect Christopher’s work from a recent bathroom remodel he did, he deleted the posts (as expected). I decided to review this company on Facebook. His girlfriend then began attacking me on the post stating the photos are extremely “zoomed in.” You’d think whether a photo is zoomed in or not, if your work is done correctly, it would reflect that? When I called her and Christopher con artists and scammers, because that is exactly what these people are, she proceeded to say, “if your man is broke, just say that.” She is referring to my boyfriend who hired Christopher in May to complete this bathroom remodel. This is a project manager that is referring to a paying customer as broke (so professional).It would take paragraphs for me to begin to describe all the defects the bathroom has because Christopher was not experienced or educated to do this project. The bathroom has so many issues that after a full appraisal was completed, it was recommended the entire shower and all its components be replaced due to the severity of all Christopher’s mistakes. After finding this out, we ultimately decided to ask Christopher for a PARTIAL refund. Which as you can guess, he refused. He will tell you that he OFFERED to fix these mistakes. Can you blame us for not wanting this fraud company back into our home after he lied about being licensed and insured and our poor experience with him?Also, please know that Christopher was not a licensed Residential Builder until August 31st, 2023. So, know all his work before then was…. Illegal. When confronted with this information, Christopher tried to intimidate us by asking if we knew anything about licenses and then proceeded to say he was licensed in the state of Florida and there is a grace period to transfer these licenses (what do you know, another lie!)He and his girlfriend will promote that they are experienced, they have people who will “vouch” for them, and that they are the victims in every situation that arises when it comes to dissatisfied customers. Please know these people are NOT experienced residential builders/ contractors and just want to scam you. Do your research on experienced companies because these people are not it.Service: Bathroom remodeling

We posted a request to have our fireplace re-done to a modern style. CAS Home Improvement reached out via Facebook as they seemed interested in the work. Christopher, the owner, came out & provided us a quote for the fireplace work; but, he did not take one single note down. I assumed he may just I guess memorize all of the information & measurements. We did ask Christopher to quote us the work for the basement & he was kind enough to do so, but again he did not take any notes down. He was very nice in person. He complimented our home, and he was kind.Well, he is a very different person via phone. We called him once when he sent the initial quote and asked about his pricing and what it entails because the quote was NOT clear. We also asked about his insurance policy, certifications, & about why his downpayment was 60%. He was very aggressive after this & he said, "we need 60% downpayment because we don't want to get scammed". I thought it was just rude about how he answered those questions. He was also upset about why I asked so many questions about the quote, even though this was money coming out my pocket! Anyway, I just agreed to the 60%, but I did ask him to re-send the quote to reflect the actual price for the work, which would include labor & material FULLY. We did not hear from him for over a week & then we reached out stating that we did not get any quotes & he said that he sent over a quote, and we never replied; but this is not true. We asked that he re-sends the quote & he did. This quote now was different once again. So, we called him. I asked why his quotes are different and why there is an additional cost to something he already quoted (a bump out to the fireplace) and he said, "because they are quotes and I can do whatever I want". I was a little shocked by this but I continued. I asked if this quote included the Mantel and he first said NO then he said YES. He was not focused to the call at all. I asked if this quote include the TILES for the fireplace and if so, what kind of tiles and how much per square footage for the tile so we can stay within the quoted price and he said, "YOU ARE TOO PICKY AND YOU ARE TAKING TOO LONG TO DECIDE ABOUT SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT MATTER, SO I AM GOING TO TURN THIS JOB DOWN" and then he hung up. I am sorry, but it does matter. We have not idea what in the world you are quoting!!!THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. i FELT VERY STRESSED WHEN SPEAKING TO CHRISTOPHER. I FELT LIKE HE JUST HAS A SHORT TEMPER OR SOMETHING. MAYBE HE DOES. I CANNOT BELIEVE PEOPLE ACTUALLY RUN THEIR BUSINESS LIKE THIS. I AM THE CUSTONER. YOU WORK FOR ME. I PAY YOU. SO, THE FACT THAT YOUR QUOTE WAS DIFFERENT ON 3 OCCASIONS AND THE FACT THAT YOU FEEL LIKE YOU CAN JUST INCREASE THE PRICE ON YOUR QUOTE BECAUSE YOU FEEL LIKE IT IS JUST INSANE TO ME.WORST, WORST, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
