Chapton Construction was the first contractor I contacted that actually got back to me in a quick and timely manner. While others took days/weeks to respond, Chapton replied within minutes/hours. I shopped around and his estimates were lower than other quotes. I decided to go with Chapton based on reviews. I'm glad I did. After my garage was built, I went out to find someone to build my driveway. A few quotes later and I hired Chapton again. After the driveway was done, I asked for a quote on siding to match the garage and we agreed that his company would also be hired for my siding. He even went above and beyond to help with the odd sizing of the soffit put together by the previous owner. This was all done in a few months. I'm happy with his work and have not had an issue yet!

Wayne was the first to respond to my request for quotes in the Spring when everyone else ignored me. I liked him and hired him to build my garage. Although there were some waiting games on materials out of his control, in the end I got exactly what I imagined. He was patient with me and my probably over 100 emails throughout the project. Most importantly he is a normal person that talks to you like a normal person. I am extremely happy with my garage and will not hesitate to call him again for future work. This company has done numerous projects for me between all my properties. Estimates are free and quick and when it comes to paying it is also very simple. The quality of their work is impeccable and they are efficient in getting projects done. I needed some work done on the fly before a realtor came to take pictures and they got it done within 24 hours of reaching out and sent me picture updates while I was at work to keep me updated. Had a quote lined up through email, everything looked good, needed to schedule for a final evaluation before scheduling an appointment for getting the job done. Never heard from Wayne ever, after that. Some how supposedly I ended up in "Spam" but yet he still responded to the same chain of emails and then just stopped responding after that. Kind of seems childish to me, should be able to let a potential customer if you're going to do the job or not. Doesn't matter the reason, a simple response would of been nice. I will never recommend them and I will make sure I let people know not to waste their time contacting them for a job! Horrible way to do business.
