The team at complete roofing provided excellent service and work on our home. Jason went the extra mile and helped us work with our Insurance Company to make sure our claim went through. Jason is a real professional and an expert in the business.Jason and Cole made sure the right things were done right. Their team did an excellent job in roofing our house and took care in the shingle removal. The job site was cleaned daily and when they left it was like they had never been there.I would highly recommend the team at Complete Roofing and Repair.

Complete roofing and repair stand by their work. Tyce educated me and some of the misleadings I was fed from a roofing company I hired to do the job of fixing a leak. Apparently the roofing industry is full of people trying to pull one over on you, CRR doesn't seem to be one of them

This is a huge Thank You to Complete Roofing and Repair. I called about a having a roof leak and they came promply, inspected my roof and were back on Friday to seal the roof completely. Two down pours since they have sealed the roof on August 5 and no leaks. I can't Thank them enough. My anxiety level when it rains has gone down.My story is a little longer, 4 years ago I had a new roof put on my flat roof house by another company Avalon. Preventative measure, (I had no leaks) It has been a nightmare, within 2 months after the installation the roof was leaking , and has been leaking in different areas even since. The same area's that they say they fixed still leaked. They never sealed around the chinney or fireplace area. The drain's were not done correctly in the beginning.The last time I called Avalon, The Service manager screamed at me and asked me when I was going to stop calling. I said when my roof stops leaking. I decided I was done with Avalon.I am so glad I called Complete Roofing, so kind and understanding and even called after the 2 heavy downpour rain to check if everything was fine. 5 Stars but really 10Stars.Cynthia AshServices: Roof inspection, Roof repair

What can I say, Tyce is GREAT!!! Very professional and made it a point to be on grounds when insurance inspector came to assess damage from a hail storm! Forget about post-sale service with this company. Two winters in a row I've been calling them to come and check a small leak on the roof they installed 18 months ago and they never got back to me. A roof is a big investment so I was expecting much better service than this.
