If there was an option for no stars, I would be doing that. I had originally wanted a building and put a ten thousand dollar deposit. However, we were unable to get the permission to build The structure when I spoke with them about getting the deposit back because we ended up moving. They said there was absolutely no way of getting the deposit back and that my money was lost and the only way I could do. It is so my deposit to somebody else. Or. Purchase something else which I was not interested at that point.. I had a serious phone call conversation with one of the sales. People from the company 2 spoke to me quite hastily. Thankfully, I recorded the entire conversation with his permission. Where at some point he even agreed to give me 50% of the deposit back. I disagreed and said if I do not have the product. Why should I have to lose fifty percent of my money. They are probably the most unprofessional business. I've ever dealt with. I am having to get a lawyer involved to receive my ten thousand dollar deposit back.. Their customer service is rude. Arrogant and ignorant at best totaling unprofessional. I run several businesses successfully and never had such issue with customer service. I am rated a five star business, And I know the importance of retaining good customer service. This company lacks it through and through and told me go ahead, get a lawyer the last Lawsuit is still tied up and started laughing... I'm sorry to some people $10000 might not be a lot of money but to us it is. It was not theirs to steal.

We love our Building. It was easy to put up. We followed all the instructions. The company was easy to deal with. Communicated with us all the way through. If we ever move I would definitely buy another.

Dont waste your money on these buildings, spend the money and go with wood, I have nothing good to say about this company.I bought a 30 × 50 steel building with end walls and the sales people and videos make it sound so easy to install which is not true at all. We followed the not so good instructions to a T and ran into many problems while installing. After we got 3/4 through the install, we realised that there was not enough flashing which I already paid for, they told me that they will send me more but I have to pay for shipping and the material. Also they sent me the wrong size man door and wont do anything about that either so now construction is on hold because I cant complete the back wall and I have a 4" gap at the bottom of the door. Im not paying for material twice, what a rip off !!

I was lied to by this company. I was double charged for the exact same building that was sold at their US facility. They were 45 days late in delivery but would NOT give me a partial or whole refund.

I put money down with them and was told verbally that if something happened and I couldn’t pay the rest I could put it towards another building or get a full refund, less the cost of the prints. Pushy marketing. Makes you feel rushed through everything. I had a life downturn and couldn’t come through with the rest. Now that “full refund” is nowhere in sight. I was informed that I won’t be getting my money back and they’re going to keep my $8500 and I won’t get any sort of building. Their buildings are much higher priced than the competition as well.

We managed to get a great deal on a DIY Steel Building and couldn't be happier with it. Their team was very knowledgeable and was able to walk us through our options. Building arrived on time and everything was included. Super easy to assemble. Thanks Future Buildings!

This company should be avoided at all costs. We bought a used Future A model building, never installed from Nevada. We called Future to purchase $2500 Blueprints and they would not quote us a simple snow load support upgrade, without us paying for Blueprints first, a hostage technique they use to capture Blueprint profits. They will then charge you for upgrades that you cant say no to because they now have your $2500. They had the metal guage and the size so they know what panels we need and their cost. Be warned, since our experience, all of our potential buyers for our barn, that we now have to sell, have called and had the same experience. I just cant warn you enough, read all reviews and better business bureau ratings.

I’ll just throw in a review after reading the other reviews, I asked for a quote via email, no I had a phone call promising a bunch of deals! With all the fires in BC they had a bunch of orders canceled and I have a great deal being offered!Honestly same story as the others, same tactics only leads me to believe that they have not changed at all.Buyer beware, crooks at hand.

Do not buy from this company. They tell you there is a an order that someone backed out on, and you need to buy it right away cause they are trying to move it quick. They pressure you into putting an immediate deposit down. Read the fine print of the document they send you, it makes the buyer responsible for paying everything no exceptions, and Future Steel is not responsible for anything. Run away!! Myself and my buddy called, and conveniently both times they had a building similar to what we were looking for, near the area we lived, that someone lost there deposit and it was ready to go now.All the 5 Star reviews on here are fake!

Ok first I have to say READ THE REVIEWS!! They use this " A customer cancelled a Order of buildings" If you have to lie to get customers right on the first phone call then tell me to speak to Cory and I assume he is one of the 5 star reviews you have an Employee or who ever fake a review? I wouldn't do business with you if you gave it to me for free as I can see from all the same reviews from people you already pulled this scam on and how bad there orders turned out! Really you sent a customer a door that clearly isn't right. See the picture in his review and read his review yet you blame the customer? Wth! Clearly not a company that stands by there sales! I do not recommend using them!

This company is a scam. If I could give it 0☆ I would. You won't get what you pay for. I was looking to build a barn style and they called me up telling me someone had dropped their order and canceled it so they were selling at a discount. I told them I didn't want a floor in the building as it would be for horses. I asked for the mounting brackets and the anchors to be included. They said that would be fine and when I got the plans the plans required a floor, which would cost me a lot more than I had saved to spend on concrete, the brackets and the anchors were not included. They wanted to charge me another 5,800 for the brackets. I said no. I asked for my deposit back, and they said no, that the plans were specifically designed for my property. And I said they had never been to my propert, and they said they talked to my county office... so I called my county office, and they had not heard from them at all. I filed claims against them through PayPal. As there were several payments, PayPal approved 2 of the 7 payment claims, but sided with the company for the large payments. So I filed claims through my bank. This company is a scam. Don't waste your time they are thieves.

Don't deal with these people. They will tell you all about how they have a building that was supposed to ship somewhere else, that's an amazing deal but you need to give them a deposit TODAY, otherwise it's gone to another person or distributor. If you are set on buying something, get their best price and then low ball an offer and haggle. Just be prepared for them to lie to you.

Wow!! This is a company that has an old fashioned customer service that is a rarity these days!!! There is nothing like a family owned business that gives you a professional customer service but with an appreciation style like you are one of the family. Giving them 5 stars is not enough for the quality, efficiency, and professionalism I have had in every step of my experience with Future buildings, from the first phone call in answering all my questions to the walk through in ordering and delivery process.Marvin, my customer service representative was incredible!! He deserves a promotion or something! He went above and beyond in his attentiveness for personal customer service in getting my husband and I the best pricing, product match for our needs and delivery schedule. He was on top of everything! Even when he was out of the office sick for a few days, he handled our order from home and made sure we were taken care of in every way in customer service, especially since there was a 3 hour time difference from our WA state to Future Buildings in MI to ensure there was no delay and that all was handled in a timely manner. It is no wonder that they have been around for over 30 years!The delivery truck driver was also a representation of the way this company is in every way! He was detailed in letting us know when he was on his way, while he was in route, etc. and then making sure we were pleased with the building. When I was talking with him, he mentioned he's been with the company since almost its beginning and has loved working for them which speaks highly about the company as well.We have been so pleased with them after we ordered our first 25x48 farm building for hay that we went ahead and ordered a 20x34 canopy for our RV. We need more businesses like this around!! We can absolutely recommend them for the quality in their building structures and for the company customer service experience! A big thank you to everyone at Future Buildings!

Company is a total scam. I placed an order for a building that was 1 of 3 from a cancelled order. All in delivered price given. Next day I received and email stating I needed to load.Many phone calls I was told so many lies. Just yesterday Jonathan Sojka even told me he wasn’t a salesperson although his linked in shows he is.I have been demanding they cancel the order and refund my deposit. They have no expense in the order but they are telling me they will not give me a refund. Not once did they mention my deposit is non-refundable.Please don’t do business with this company. You will be very disappointed.

Toro Steel buildings has been so great to work with. As prices have increased, options have also been limited. I was able to find a building which fit my criteria with a delivery date sooner than expected. They have all been an absolute joy to work with, even with all my questions and changes.
