My roof was installed in July of 2021. Upon inspection of the initial installation, there were broken shingles that needed to be replaced, flashing that actually had roofing nails wedged between the flashing and the brick it was attached to, and the caulking for the flashing looked something akin to a three-year-old frosting their own birthday cake. After a negotiation process, all issues were resolved.Move to year one from the install, a few shingles were lifting from the roof. When the problem area was inspected, I was told the underlayer staples were lifting and bringing up the shingles. The areas were corrected.The photos are of the work that required correction, and they have been repaired. All issues have been resolved. Irish Roofing worked to replace the aforementioned issue in a respectful and timely manner. They were professional, responsive, and had a drive to get things right. Thanks to Brian and Matt.

Professional and punctual! Did an amazing job on our roof! From start to finish Brian Dodge and Brian Smith with Irish Roofing were always on time, answered my phone calls and questions. They stripped our existing roof, put new roof on and cleaned up (leaving everything better then it looked to begin with) ALL IN ONE DAY! Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Read this before you think about hiring. I hired them to redo my roof and exterior. I only have the roof done so I guess they got extra money witch is great I guess i’ll hire a real company to finish the job. They don’t know how to magnet or clean up, I picked up four handfuls of nails after one almost went into my tractors tire ( not cheap), and probably a shopping bag full of shingles, keep in mind this when there done and gone. They about destroyed my driveway with a dumpster after I told them countless times not to put it in the driveway, and the cherry on top is they put a broken antenna on the roof with lag bolts with the cable wrapped around it to hold it together. So with all this said next time I will hire some 5 year old to do the job.

After getting 7 Quotes for our roof we went with Irish. They had the best price, used the exact same materials as everyone else, and got to us faster than anyone else could. They were also fastest to get out and quote us. No hassle sales and upfront.The roof was done in just one day. We had leaks in our new home after a snow storm and I was worried that more was happening that I couldn’t see. They found other damage but were able to fix everything up easily.New roof looks great. Cleaned up well after install and were helpful with financing options. I would recommend.

My entire experience with Irish Roofing has been a pleasure. Their efforts to attempt to schedule the installation for when it worked best for me was surprisingly nice. I was really impressed with the craftsmanship that their team must have been spent on making every line look crisp and straight. I thought that they did a really nice job on the chimney flashing also. The treatment that I received made it seem like I was their only customer that day, but I was fully aware that was not the case. I would definitely recommend to others.

When we bought our house the roof had to be replaced asap. I asked for recommendations on social media, Patrick reached out to me on personally and came out that day. Within 2 weeks they were able to fit us in and had it done in one day! They did a great job cleaning up, also came back the next day to double check for nails and debris that have been missed. Happy with our new roof. The Irish team did a great job to get a new roof on in one day. The clean up was great. While we had a little “hiccup” with scheduling, our project manager worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly after that. Patrick has been great with follow up after the roof has been completed to make sure we are satisfied.

Had the roof done in September two years ago, now there’s a leak in the back bedroom. They came out and pointed fingers at the new siding, but two other companies have said that the corner they worked on is very suspect. They used silicone and its trapping water into the space above the back bedroom. Additionally I was told the septic pipe is broken and loose and that our hot water heater exhaust doesn’t have a proper cap on it, which is letting water in.Another issue is that the gutters are hung so terribly, the water doesn’t go down the exhaust and flow correctly. They also barely screwed in! All in all, for paying 13,300 out of pocket, we got screwed. My insurance premiums are going up since we had to claim water damage and they won’t even admit they made a mistake! Let this be a warning to not work with this company, they’re only cheaper because they cut corners!Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Warning: Don’t TRUST THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS. Irish is VERY pushy with customers who leave bad reviews, they called me several times and were very aggressive about me changing my review.—————Didn’t inform us at the time of our inspection that they’d be subcontracting our roof out to some random crew. Didn’t even know they were coming until last minute the night before and had to scramble to make it work. Showed up and the subcontractors wouldn’t even speak to us about the condition of our roof or if other work needed to be done, and just disappeared without telling us they were leaving. EXTREMELY disappointed with Irish, and would never use them again.Edit: they also completely trashed our garage and didn’t clean it up.Edit 2: spoke with Chris at Irish and they’re promising they’ll make things right and set an appointment for the 17th to inspect the work. Will update with my experiences once our concerns are addressed, but am adding a star for now since he reached out to me.Edit 3: Sent someone out for a cursory inspection and basically said that our issues weren’t their problem and that we should have hired a carpenter first. Would have been good to know when we scheduled the inspection. Irish cares more about getting work done as fast as possible, and not about the quality or life of the work.

We had them for roof and siding replacement from a hail storm. They did the roofs in the spring. And outside of getting hit with an extra 1000.00 dollars that wasn't covered for osb board. They did a nice job. The representative that bid the job helped us a lot with the insurance. The siding was another story! They sent two people out. We needed to be on site for 21/2 weeks to get the job done correctly. The crew that they sent had somewhat of a language issue. They didn't know what they were supposed to do or what we expected. The company didn't send out a representative to start the job or oversee it! We would have had a mess had we not been home. Then another person came and took the aluminum brake that they needed to do the trim. My husband loaned them his to use to keep the job going. It was a very stressful two and a half weeks! They left our job for another job twice in very good working weather. Then came an worked in bad weather conditions. My husband has had to fix some of their mistakes. Irish has not contacted us at all asking about any of this! We finally contacted them and asked them to send out a representative to do an inspection. Huge disappointment. Salesman Mike Crosby promised us a 1 day install... but that was weeks ago. They never came back to install our new gutters (included in bill) plus took a whole side of our house's gutters off and left it in my backyard along with a piece of my siding! The van left oil stains in our driveway, trash all over my yard (snack wrappers, cans, packaging), and a giant tree stump from the under the dumpster. I hope this review will lead to somebody contacting us because we keep getting the run around with no call back. The whole crew left abruptly and I would've liked to have somebody come out and double check the roof (clearly the job is not complete). I have been a little weary with all the rain lately, our sump pump has been working extra hard because of our now missing gutters. Thoroughly upset with this company, We tried to improve our home before we sold it, I feel disrespected and we're having to make unnecessary repairs and fix what they broke and stained, not to mention the extra stress and frustration!!

We hired Irish to install a new roof and gutters. Our sales rep was Ryan. Initially he was very responsive and personable. Leading up to the roof installation he would respond to calls and texts very promptly. One of the discussions we had was about the removal of one of our existing downspouts as it let out in front of a basement window and would leak into the basement.Bill and his team installed the roof. They did fantastic work and Bill was a joy to work with from start to finish. The gutter team came the week after the roof was installed. They were unable to let me know the exact time they would be there because they do several gutter projects per day and do not know how far they’ll get. Because of this, I was unable to get work off to be home for the installation and the downspout was installed in the same location. I called Irish and worked with Emma, who was always delightful and understanding. I explained that I would like the downspout removed and all the water to run to the existing downspout on the corner of my garage. She said the team would be out on a Wednesday. We made plans for my father-in-law to be at our house that Wednesday for the installation. The gutter team came the Tuesday afternoon before the day they were supposed to be there. My father-in-law was not there yet, and we were at work. The gutter team removed the downspout we didn’t want but installed another one on the other side of the basement window, not resolving the leaking problem, covering our dryer vent, and letting out at the base of our back door. This time I called Ryan to discuss the issue. His phone went to voicemail, and he never called me back, he simply had Emma call me and I never got ahold of Ryan again. Emma was very apologetic and said the team would be back out to correct the gutter a second time, again we did not know when they would be around. When the job was complete all the downspouts were in the correct spots, but the brand-new drip edge that Bill’s team installed was dented and creased because the gutters underneath it were removed and replaced twice (photos attached to this review). Again, I called Ryan, left a voicemail, and didn’t hear from him. Emma ended up calling me again and she sent Bill out to look at the gutter job. Bill said they could replace the drip edge, but strongly advised against it as it would create a potential leak path for rain to get under our roof. I agreed we certainly didn’t want water under the roof and requested a $500 reduction in the invoice for the headache and poor workmanship. Two weeks later, after several emails and phone calls, I received the reduction with minimal pushback.All-in-all Irish did great work on our roof, but severely lacking work on the gutters. This company has some good individuals working for it, but egregious communication skills on a cultural level. There were several occurrences where I had to pass messages along from one employee to another when the communication should have been completely internal. Also, I never received a call in a timely manner when a receptionist said they would leave a message for an employee to call me back. We are very pleased with our new roof, but the mangled, unfinished look of our drip edge is very disappointing. Additionally, the involved process to correct the various problems, the timing ambiguity of the gutter team, and Ryan’s hands-off approach after the sale was landed were frustrating to say the least. I would recommend using another roofing company with a bigger focus on customer satisfaction and significantly better communication skills.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

*READ YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE HIRING*Specifics don’t matter at this point I simply want to warn the public:-Read your contract, have an attorney review it before signing.-If you choose to hire them hire an independent inspector at 11 months before your “warranty” expires-Make sure they pull any required permits (I don’t care if it’s the industry norm not to) MAKE THEM!-Make sure they are only on your property when you are home. DO NOT give them unlimited access to your property. Despite it being in their contract do not allow it!-Ask yourself why does a roofing company need a full time attorney on staff? Man oh man they must have a ton of legal issues. Look up possible legal issues. These are all public record!They are great at pulling the wool over your eyes with their initial sales pitch and dog and pony show!Don’t be their next victim. Hire anyone else!

After a hail storm in April 2023, Irish Roofing and Exteriors solicited business in our area. At first, we were very impressed with the service and communication. We decided to go with Irish Roofing and Exteriors because they were able to commit to the entire project which included the roof, siding, gutters, etc... We wanted to work with one business instead of trying to coordinate with multiple contractors. They completed the roof in May 2023 After a period of time, we reached out to them to find out when they would be finishing the rest of the project only to learn that they would NOT complete the project because it was not a large enough project/money maker. Had we known this was their business practice, we would never have chose Irish Roofing and Exteriors for the project.

Door knocking in hail damaged areas, using shady sales techniques, insurance overreach without customer knowledge. I have personally met and spoke with customers and insurance agents who have experienced this recently. A 76 yr old man recently shared his story of a salesman telling him he needed to sign before the salesman went up on the roof not knowing it was a blank contract, then they email the signed contract over to the insurance agent with the appearance of customer approval and try to handle the claim for the customer. Thankfully he realized what was going on and called his agent who walked him through the process. . In my opinion, door knocking in general is a shady business practices. Also salesman are required to be state licensed under the contractor they are selling for and present that to the customer.
