Loyl did some major repairs to our church after years of wear and tear. They extended the roof line, upgraded the gutters, replaced a heavy duty exterior door, flashed areas that hadn’t been originally, and a slew of other corrections.We loved the process, it was nice and easy and everyone on the team responded to everything quickly.Looking forward to using them again!

Recently Loly Construction completed a kitchen remodel and living room update on my condo. I was very pleased with the outcome of the entire project. The Loyl team was extremely professional and gave me recommendations and updates throughout the project. They were prompt in responding to my questions and willing to complete add on projects to the original contract. All the trades were very professional and quality of work outstanding. The price was reasonable considering the quality of products and amount of remodeling and updates .Overall I was extremely pleased with my interactions and services from the entire Loyl Construction Team and independent contractors.

From the first meeting on the property with Kurt and Hannah and through the design, selection, and construction stages, to the completion of the building project, it was a great experience.During the initial and design stages, Kurt and Hannah offered very helpful design ideas and incorporated our house plan needs into the entire house plan. They worked with us to make design changes that improved the functionality and aesthetics of the house and stayed within our budget.Tim is very communicative and kept us updated each week regarding what was completed and the plan for the next week. He answered and responded to all our questions in a very timely manner. Tim has an exceptional eye for detail and quality craftsmanship, and he executed both throughout the project. The smallest of details were never overlooked. Tim takes pride in his work. He always wanted us to be happy with the finished product, and he worked diligently to make that happen.Lex and Brad were very helpful throughout the entire project. From the very beginning of the building project to the completion of project, they kept us informed with the financial aspects of the project. They were very communicative and answered all our questions in a very timely manner.We are very grateful to the entire LOYL Homes team for our positive experience. Tim and the whole Loyl Crew were Fantastic! This house was built for me while I was living in North Carolina. Could have been a disaster but it was not. We took a typical back yard, and made it a party paradise. 16x16 composite deck with aluminum railings decked out with a continuous drink rail with stairs to a custom stamped and stained concrete patio. We highly recommend and will look to LOYL for any future needs. If future construction is needed for our home, we will be looking to LOYL.
