After extensive research for my total remodel of my kitchen/dining room/main floor, and personally interviewing several companies, I settled on Renaissance. My project manager was stellar! Very responsible and very responsive. I wanted a one-stop shop without having to deal with multiple Subcontractors. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of my project manager, Stuart.Remodeling is a difficult undertaking, and you have to expect some pain and revisiting decisions I knew I wanted, and would not settle for less, and my project manager helped me get there. As a words of advice to anyone who is attempting a remodel: Know what you want In your remodel, and what is important to you. Don’t settle for less. Challenge them to think outside the box and come up with Solutions within your budget. Don’t always rely on the designer to be accurate. Question anything that doesn’t seem right . And for goodness sake, if you don’t see it written in the proposal, don’t think it will be included!

Great company to work with.This was the second time we have had them work on our home. They listened to what we wanted to accomplish, then they gave us several option with quotes. A project manager and designer were assigned to project. The designer helped us with options and colors. The project leader kept me informed, addressed any concerns we had and scheduled supplies and the many contractors to get us done in a reasonable time. We were kept informed of the budget throughout the project. We love the changes to our kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom. I would recommend them for home improvement projects.

We built a new house in 2022 and had Renaissance perform the roofing, siding, and gutters scope. Overall the roofing was great. The siding crew that came out seemed to be new to the company and had some struggles. At the end Renaissance was able to get the project wrapped up behind schedule due to the crew they sent out. I will say that they handled all warranty claims/issues very well. They did not question anything, they came out and fixed issues. very professional.

Amazing outcome with all opportunities being addressed promptly by the project lead! They updated my stucco to vertical siding/trim boards, upstairs windows, gutters, front door and roof replacement. Evan, my first point of contact, was amazing in guiding me through choices without pressure and was very responsive through the planning process. Doug the project manager was absolutely fabulous overseeing and addressing all my concerns after the snow melted (roof was installed right before the winter weather dropped). Can’t say enough about Don and his crew that supported the craftsmanship. Very thorough planning, all extra details discussed. Crew was friendly and had input as to small changes to improve our deck plans. Started 2 weeks earlier then planned and showed up after the deck was done to make sure the little finishing details were not overlooked. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with contractors. The work was good. But the constant lies from the “manager” were frustrating. They are always gonna come back later to cleanup. Don’t believe them. Be prepared to pick nails and debris from your yard forever

Our house has a very unique roof with lots of valleys, and suffice to say the previous roofer cut a few corners that made our project difficult.
