I was very impressed when I reached out to Seamless Gutter Masters. Felicia answered my questions over the phone, was able from just my address to view what we would need, and send me detailed information and a quote for the work. There was no high pressure, just information. I was impressed by the details provided and felt the cost for the product was a good deal. We proceeded and were scheduled for the work within a couple of weeks. Our gutters were not in good shape and I'm sure were not pleasant to clean out. Nevertheless, the cleaning was free along with the installation of the hydro flow covers, which we selected for our home. We were also very impressed with the installer who came out. He was later than he'd wanted to be because of the amount of work needed from the previous job, but he stayed and completed the job, in poor weather, and went above and beyond with his cleaning and installation and rehabilitation of our gutters. I absolutely recommend Felicia and Seamless Gutter Masters. We love working with a local business and business owner and received nothing but professionalism and excellent work.

The price for my gutters was very competitive but the quality of the products see better than the rest. I am glad I decided to work with them. Felicia was very responsive to me questions/concerns. The great service didn't stop there. When Travis came out to perform the install he was very nice and worked until the project was done (evening). I called three businesses to enquire about installing helmet caps on my gutters. Seamless Gutter Masters is the only one who called me back immediately. I had to work with our condo management company to obtain approval for the work and, Seamless Gutter Masters quickly provided all the necessary documents my management company required. The actual installation was professionally done and the installer afterwards, provided me with pictures of what the gutters looked like after installation. Contacted Seamless Gutter Masters to get gutters installed on my home. The planning process was quick and easy. I sent a few photos of the roofline over and they were able to pull everything else they needed from satellite images. They offer lots of options and had some good promos going. The work was completed very quickly and with great quality! The guys went over downspout placements and gave good suggestions for water flow. Overall a great experience and highly suggest them!

This past spring we had gutters added to our house. After multiple rains, I have to say that they did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with the end result! The guys that showed up to install were fast, professional, and kind. The owner was responsive and easy to reach by phone and email. Had Seamless Gutter Masters install clean gutters and install gutter covers. I have to say all around outstanding service!. Very personable people. Felicia is incredible, very responsive and very easy to work with. Duane did an outstanding job. There were a few small things (the transition gutter cover by the valley) that needed to be adjusted. I noticed this when I came home. I reached out to Felicia and Duane came back and fixed it. I met him when he came back. Very nice guy. I am completely satisfied. As a first-time home-owner, I searched for numerous local gutter companies before deciding to use Seamless Gutter Masters. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful with answering every question I had, such as what materials were used and why, how the layout was decided, additional options, etc. The quote was quick and at a very reasonable price, but unfortunately their gutter machine broke and delayed my install.This was communicated to me with an ETA for a rescheduled installation, and I was provided frequent updates on how the repair was going. Once that hiccup was addressed, the installers were extremely professional. Gutters and a drain tile were installed yesterday and look amazing. Work was done quickly and efficiently at a fair price and the whole team, from quote to install, was very easy to work with on the project. They even set up our rain barrel for us and adjusted the downspout!Edit 4-12-22: Just used this great company again after our gutters were damaged by other contractors. Got us back up and running again in no time! Just wished I had called sooner.

Felicia was wonderful to work with. She came to our house and sat down with us to go over the quote, had samples of the different covers, swatches to pick our colors, and she answered all of our questions. Her team came out a couple weeks after we committed and did a fantastic job taking our old gutters down and putting up the new ones (changed all of our downspouts too, per our request). Seamless Gutter Masters came to my house to estimate gutters and gutter covers for my garage. Dave Fleming, one of the owner's came out personally to give me my estimate. He had 5 different covers to choose from and made it very easy to find the one that fit my style and budget too! The installers for Seamless Gutter Masters came within the week to install my new system. They took down and hauled away my old system at no extra charge. The installers were very nice, professional, and pleasant to deal with. All in all, the best experience I have ever had when dealing with the 'round the house project!! We have an older house that has had some water/basement issues and were looking for have new gutters installed. I contacted about 5 gutter installation businesses within the Ludington through Grand Rapids areas and ended up going with Seamless Gutter Masters as they seemed the most knowledgeable in the products they offered and their price were very reasonable.After I gave them the OK to move forward they were able to schedule something within 2 weeks and once on-site, they installed the new gutters within 3 hours.After the installation I had an issue with how much my roof overhung a section of the new gutters, I voiced my concern to Dave and he took care of the issue right away.I would recommend these guys as they are fast, reasonable, and easy to work with.
