Seamlessguttersbydesign Review.Initially excellent to deal with – marketed themselves well and created an environment of high expectations with their services.However, after the job, the crew left several messes and landscape damage with very little effort to mitigate. Five (5) minutes with a rake would have gone a long way to address. Dozens of nails, screws, aluminum shards were strewn on lawn, driveway and left on my patio and deck – no attempt to clean up – even after I heard the foreman instruct the workers to do so. Foreman remained and picked up a bit but he quickly departed without the promised “walkaround to insure customer satisfaction” – even though I was outside - he knew I was there and literally snuck around behind my house to his truck and sped off. I immediately called him and he apologized indicating he was in a hurry to get to the next job. He indicated he would “try” to return at the end of the day to address the messes.Contacted the owner and he asked me to leave the messes for his inspection and I did) and he arrived the next day. Owner did clean up much of the mess and did an adjustment on one of the downspout discharge flex lines. Owner also pointed out several things to me about the job with which he was not satisfied and promised a very timely remediation – he gave me his word, we shook hands, and departed.Monday, March 18, 2024, still no response - 2 weeks.UPDATE: Just now, owner arrived to address & repair. He explained the issue with the lack of communications and I have no reason to doubt his word. Needless to say, I am pleased. I will amend my initial review of two (2) stars and change to 4. I would prefer to give 5 but must allow for the mess left by the original crew.
