We found Veteran Roofing and Exteriors at the Grand Rapids Home Remodeling show and were impressed enough we asked them to quote our siding project. They gave us a great number and we we liked the technical knowledge the owner possessed and his drive to make sure all of our questions were answered. They got the job based on all of that and how soon they were able to start. Then surprised us as they were able to start a few days ahead of the scheduled start date. All materials were dropped off ahead of time. The crew got there and went straight to work and kept a strong pace all day. And did so again each day on site. Adali Ladd (the owner) kept in touch with us and his crew each day and all our questions were answered. The job was completed and we are extremely happy with the results. Several of our neighbors even stopped by to comment how good the house looks! We can definitely recommend Veteran Roofing and Exteriors and will use them again for future exterior projects!

I hired Veteran Roofing and Exteriors to do a whole house residing job after an insurance claim. I worked with Jeff the whole time and he made the process seamless and easy. He was familiar with the insurance claim process and went above and beyond to help me get the job covered by my insurance company. This included him using the same quoting software my insurance company used as they were initially quoting it unreasonable low. Jeff was professional, easy to communicate with, and answered all my questions promptly.Quality of work: the job took two days in total which included a complete tear off, house wrap, residing, and clean up. The crew was fast, friendly, and professional. The house looks fantastic now and after a thorough inspection, I located no imperfections.Jeff checked on the work several times and even helped me fix some facia and soffit that was not completed properly before.10/10 would recommend.

Jeff Harrell from veterans roofing was very professional. Explained what he was doing and looking for during the estimate. Took pictures and showed them to me and pointed out the areas that needed repair ( basically the whole roof) . Contacted the ins co. Did all the paperwork. He was caring and a great personality. His crew arrived early. , moved my plants and lawn furniture out of the way And even though I was at work. ALL my neighbors were watching the crew work and said they got right down to business & were very polite and thorough , neighbors kids were excited to watch and the crew even shared their pizza lunch with them . By the end of the day the whole roof was finished and the crew picked up everything!!! . No nails or debris was left laying around & they even used a blower to make the yard look good and not disturbed. I would recommend Jeff and his crew. ( veterans roofing )to everyone. When I returned home at the end of the day everything was finished - it looked like a new house. Jeff contacted me the next day and asked if everything looked good. Jeff came out to look at a leaking skylight we had. Jeff and his team did a great job siding our house after old siding fell off! He walked me through the insurance process, met with the adjuster and handled all communication! The only thing we had to do was pick a color! Jeff communicated with us throughout the project and the crew kept the place clean. I referred him to my mother in law to have some work done! Called veteran roofing and exterior and Adali was able to come out same day to look at my roof and give a quote. He gave a good price and a few days later him and his crew were at my house putting on a new roof. He made sure to stay in constant communication for the whole process and made sure to inspect the roof during and after it was done. I can’t say enough good about this company. We had hail damage, and the insurance company was fighting us in the beginning. We called Veteran Roofing, after seeing one of their signs. I was just looking for their input. After hearing our story they asked us if they could be our advocate with the insurance company. Wow…3 days after they went in with proof our roof was damaged, the insurance company agreed. Within the month our roof was completed. Amazing people, amazing values you don’t see anymore.
