We just had WeatherGard out to have all new windows installed in our home and between the salesman John, the office coordinating everything, and the guys actually doing the work, everybody was very communicative and professional.The crew that was in our house was very polite and talkative, and my wife felt extremely comfortable with them.They even installed new trim around one window that did not quite fit like the old one and they caulked every window so it's a seamless fit on the inside. Everything looked extremely good when they were done and they even wrapped two windows that we left so they matched every other new window on the house. I would highly recommend them for any window job.

I am a repeat customer. Weatherguard has great customer service, the installers are always awesome and explain everything well. I bought all new windows in 2020, which my family and I love. I noticed a difference in my heating bill and sound from outdoors. Today April of 2024 I had a new new slider door installed. Installation was great and the sound barrier is great. I highly recommend.

Installation went very smoothly. We had 26 windows and two patio doors put in and they were able to get it done in one day. The installers were very kind and professional, and they put in extra effort to clean up the debris at the end of the day. We are very happy with our windows and the quality of the product.

After installation delays because of winter storms, the day finally arrived to install both a living room picture window on the main level and a sliding door in the basement.The team was extremely professional and friendly. Dave, Cameron, Zach, and Payton did an excellent job. All the windows were different sizes, but they got them all done and cleaned up well once they were finished. We even had a specialty door for my mother to replace her sliding door and they took the extra time to make sure it was installed properly for her. Finally, my father-in-law wanted my old windows and they set them on a trailer he left to take them away the next day. Professional and kind and answered all my questions and concerns.

The windows add great curb appeal and look amazing. In comparison to our previous windows, these have thicker insulation. There is no longer any cool air coming in. It took just over an hour for the crew to install seven windows on the 1st floor. They were careful inside and around the home. Our thanks go out to them for securing a last-minute opening for us. Lastly, our sales rep, John, was easy to work with and provided great support and guidance.

The WeatherGard window product is excellent. We had 3 large windows installed, including replacing one of them with a bay window. See photos showing before and after. The bay window has solid construction and definitely opens up that portion of the room.Our former large picture windows had problems with condensation. I've included before and after pictures of the same window. The condensation has not been there since the WeatherGard windows were installed.The installation crew, led by Dave, did a good job of removing the old windows and putting in the new ones. The whole process took around 4 hours, and they cleaned up their mess.Now, the thing that could be improved: communication. We ordered the windows in early May 2021, and the contract says "14 weeks for install." The windows were installed in late October 2021, which is 24 weeks. I know that there is a supply chain issue, and it was not a major problem for our schedule, but it would have been nice to have heard from the company that there was a delay. For other people with tighter schedules, it could be a problem.

Today we had nine WeatherGard windows installed. What a pleasant experience! The installation crew (4 people) arrived at 8:00AM as scheduled. They were very pleasant and professional. They laid pads on the floor, below each window to be replaced, to protect our flooring. They explained everything they were going to do. 2.5 hours later then had every replacement window installed. The windows are beautiful and the installation flawless. Once the new windows were installed a member of the installation crew met with us, explained the features of the windows and answered any questions we had. The crew also took away our old windows and cleaned up, not leaving any scraps in our house or yard. Anyone thinking about purchasing new windows I would highly recommend WeatherGuard.

Super fast and professional. Arrived at 8am and were gone before 11am for 6 windows on my split level. Oh, all done in the pouring rain and STILL kept everything dry and clean. Later that night, I could already feel a difference in my house on a cold windy night. I WILL use Weather Gard again for the rest of my house later. Everyone was super friendly from the guy that knocked on my door, to the in home consultation to installation. A+++

We signed a contract to have windows done back in February of 2023. We could not get our windows installed until July. Unfortunately we had further delay because the person who set up the install date failed to put it on the calendar for the installers. It was going to be another month before they would come out. I had taken off a full days work only to find out they weren't coming. After the back and forth with her regarding another date, her manager finally calls me back and offered to make our first payment. That took a couple of months as well. Finally the check came, but when my husband went to deposit the check, it was non-negotiable. For me your word is bond. I have called the manager's manager a few times within the past couple of days and no response. The installers were awesome! They were quick and efficient, but the back office leaves a little to be desired. At this point I feel like we've been given the shaft. Its not honest business. Take note, word of mouth is your business's biggest advertisement.

Peyton, Zach, Cameron, and Dave arrived on time in the morning, did a walk through and went straight to work. These guys know their business and orchestrated the install with little time waste. Every demo mess they created was cleaned up before it hit the floor. They never had refuse laying about, used tarps, and disposed of junk quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly and answered all my questions with knowledge and confidence. There are a few minor things that need to be adjusted and I have full confidence they will be addressed. I am ecstatic over the performance of the team and I’m so grateful for these hardworking young men. The fit and finish of my windows is impeccable and they trimmed them out beautifully. They literally look original to to window casements they were installed in. The curb appeal just went up. So far, I couldn’t be happier! The windows cost me a bundle, but I have no doubt they will pay for themselves in the years to come. Thanks again for a job well done!

Replaced 26 year old original wood frame windows, from first contact with them to installation very impressed. Windows look great and make house a lot quieter. Really cut down on hearing outside noise. Looking forward to not having drafty windows this winter!!!! Only problem was slider door took a few extra weeks then what originally told time frame would be. Install day, 9 windows and slider door, started about 8 am and gone before noon. (Was expecting them to be here till 2-3pm)

I had 17 windows and 1 patio slider installed by Weathergard. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. These four guys arrived on time and commenced work immediately. They protected my carpeting and even put a tarp in the yard to catch debris. It was amazing. They started at 8 am and finished it all by 1.
