Roof Dr was the most efficient and high quality company we have ever done business with.In our experience, we received a quote far less than any of the competitors and immediately thought it’d be one of those situations where the final bill comes in 2 times higher. To our surprise, the bill matched the quote and the product of their work was better than we expected.Not only did I get a rep to meet with samples less than 24 hours from the time of my inquiry, they had me scheduled within a week and a half. Their crew started early morning, worked hard all day long, and their clean up team moved right in. And then another clean up the following day. It’s been about a week now of walking around the area, working on other siding projects, and I haven’t found a single scrap or nail.When I tell you that I was nothing but impressed by this company, it’s an understatement. We were treated like family, no question was stupid to them, no issue was too much, and they were more than accommodating.Easy, affordable, simple, safe, reliable, and FAST.Thank you for everything Mike, Dan, and the rest of the Roof Dr team. The recent wind caused an issue with my Skylight. The Roof Dr. came out and fixed it on the spot. Very nice guy. Super knowledgeable. He explained with pictures about the flimsy plastic clip that the original company used to keep my skylight trim on, and showed how he replaced it with metal screws and fresh sealant. It's literally stronger now than when it was brand new. Thanks!The photos are before, and after. No water is getting in there.

We had a very odd situation at one of the buildings on our property. A leak that had caused 3 other people confusion and no results. After the prior 3 people had come out ad taken a look and attempted to fix the leak, we resulted in calling The Roof DR.One of their team members was able to come out the next day and FIXED the problem inexpensively and promptly. We can not recommend them enough, they're professional, they're very knowledgeable, and very enjoyable to communicate with.Don't hesitate to call this team for your roofing needs. I wish I could give a good rating as Dan, the owner, was so personable. We needed our roof replaced following storm damage, and Dan came out to survey the roof and promised an estimate.Weeks went by, then months, with us calling several times with no communication from Dan. The one time he did return our call, he apologized and promised to deliver an estimate “very shortly”. He was highly recommended to us by a family member, so we trusted that it would work out eventually.After several months, we finally got ahold of him and he was again very apologetic and promised to have the estimate done and delivered within 48 hours. Following this, he ceased contact. We tried calling a couple weeks later, to no avail. To this day, we never received an estimate or any further communication.Very disappointed, as we were eager to work with him after hearing such great experiences from our family.

They did a fantastic job, and worked quickly. The communicated well when rain delayed the roof installation a day and the next day let me know when they started late again due to rain. Even with a ray delay they did finish in a day.I did have a leak after installation, but this was from the seal of the old stack above our furnace and they were quick to come out and address it. I'd easily recommend them to others.

We knew we needed a new roof and had a few shingles missing from storms. We wanted to submit a claim to insurance to see if they would cover any. Steve helped out along the way, clearly communicating steps I needed to take as this was all new to me, and how he would assist. Our insurance came out and Steve also came out with them to assist in the appraisal. Insurance ended up covering ~70% of our roof. The adjuster called me specifically to tell me how much he appreciated the help Steve provided and that he was the best contractor he has worked with yet.On the day of construction, July 25, the workers came around 6:50AM and started getting to work. I really appreciated the fact that they built a little house for my beautiful, mature, Japanese maple so it wouldn't get damaged. They placed the dumpster wheels on some ply wood to prevent damage to our driveway (which I did not request but a different company who replaced my parents roof in 2020 did not and it cracked their driveway). The guys were very polite, professional, and answered all my questions. They were even able to install a roof vent for our range last minute! They did a very thorough job cleaning up with their magnet, and it seems like they paid special attention to the backyard since we have dogs. We found less than 5 staples/nails back there and they were in tight, easy to miss spots where the dogs wouldn't have even been in danger of them. They ended up ripping one of our window screens, which is completely reasonable considering the tear down is not a clean job, but Steve spotted it when he did his final inspection and had it re-screened for us within a few hours. It was an extremely hot day, complete sun, high 80s, and no wind with no shade on the roof. We had The Roof Dr. replace our 24 year old roof. The Roof Dr. rep, Matt, was prompt, professional and knowledgeable when we met for the estimate. The work crew completed the entire project, from tearing off the original roof to installing the new one, in a single day. After the job was completed everything was cleaned up and our yard looked as it did when they arrived.After the job was completed Matt made a return trip for a final inspection and made sure we were completely satisfied. Adam from The Roof Dr came to our home, evaluated the storm damage and worked directly with our insurance company. After we were approved for an insurance claim, Adam helped us with shingle color selection, scheduled the work crew (who were great AND FAST) and then personally checked in at the beginning and end of the work day and came back to do a final clean up without being asked. Had one quote for our 23 year old roof that shocked me. Heard about the Roof Dr from my in-laws so I gave them a call. Zach came out 2 days after my initial call and did an inspection. He indicated my roof was not in immediate need of replacement (which I thought) and he pointed out a few problems that they could fix for $300 (I agreed with all the issues he pointed out). It was refreshing to hear a honest opinion on the condition of the roof. Zach also provided a quote for a full tear-off and replacement which was much more in line with what I had expected (and much less than the other quote). I read reviews, got the positive input from my in-laws and decided to "bit the bullet" and have the full job done. They scheduled me out for 3 weeks (quicker than I expected) and have a system that lets you know if the date moves out due to weather. The workers (7 or 8) came out to do the work they were very polite and hard workers. When the job was done they picked up all scraps, and a day later another employee came out to do one last comb through my yard (with a nail magenent), and through my landscaping to make sure they got all the debris. Zach also stopped by to check on the work as it was happening, plus he came by about a week later for a final check of the roof and to make sure I did not have any concerns or questions. We had a leak near our (very old) skylight. Since the previous homeowner had installed shingles right over the originals, our only choice was to redo the back half of the roof. The Roof Dr had great pricing, very good communication, and even covered the repair of our ceiling near the skylight after it collapsed during the re-shingling due to the water damage. Dan and his crew did a great job of replacing a rolled shingle roof with a rubber membrane roof on the shallow pitch section of a Cape Cod style house. It has held up amazingly through the winters and the repairs to the insulation in parts of the roof corrected issues left by the flipper we purchased the house from. Had storm damage to roof and siding this last July and was excited to use the Roof Dr. as they were highly recommended, local and was told they have their own insurance adjuster. Could not have been more dissapointed with them. It took 2 months for them to get a quote into insurance, Dan had a different understanding of how the insurance worked even after I called and told him multiple times insurance needed a quote for them to go further. Ended up finding out the Roof Dr. does not have their own adjuster which ended up with me dealing with insurance the whole time. The Roof Dr. communication was terrible as well. I also wanted a quote for a roof extension over back patio and they could not give me a quote which resulted in it not being done. Very unfortunate as I told Dan about this in July as well that I wanted it done while roof was being replaced anyway. Ended up they finally got the roof and siding put on mid December after snow had already come- all of 5 months to get storm damage fixed. Totally unacceptable and should have been more prioritized than that. I asked about a price break for the issues and they said no that they replaced window wrapping for free and insurance wouldn’t cover it. What actually happened is insurance approved the full Roof Dr. quote for new roofing and siding, which means that the window wrapping never got quoted if that’s the case. That’s a Roof Dr. mistake for not quoting it and of course won’t get approved at that point. Once the siding and roof work was finally done I will say the quality is good and they seemed to have done a good job, but very frustrating to work withService: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Very professional and got my roof done in a very quick fashion. Tarped my deck and cleaned up all the nails and debris. Even left the dumpster for a couple days so we could fill it with our garbage since there was room. Roof was inspected afterwards for quality control. Highly recommend!
