It took some time to schedule, but it was worth the wait. Our under decking installation was completed in December and we finally had some nice weather to sit out and enjoy watching TV outside. Looking forward to summer and being able to use our patio rain or shine.

The whole project with Under Deck Oasis has been very smooth, people were very responsive and helpful. Jay did an amazing job completing the project in a day. Spent time to show me how to remove a panel in case I would ever need to do this. The result is phenomenal, it looks beautiful and we cannot wait to fully utilize this space for some great entertainment to come. Thank you for doing such a great job. I would recommend Under Deck Oasis to anyone interested in maximizing covered space in their backyard.

I researched extensively on the web and decided to go with Underdeck Oasis for my under deck ceiling. It is not a trivial decision as we are in Southern California but they are based in Michigan. They have teams that travel around to install their own products. We took the leap of faith and I cannot be happier with the results. It beats our expectation by a lot. Their attention to details is amazing. First day Jay arrived, he unloaded the materials and start looking around and talked to me about his approach. He noticed all the nuisances under the decks and told me how he will fix those issues. Will join Jay later to speed things up as one of my deck is very high over a sloped driveway. Besides doing a great job installing, they keep sweeping to keep my place clean as well. I would highly recommend Underdeck Oasis for underdeck ceiling. Many of my neighbors already got their contact info and are planning on doing similar things we are doing.

Beginning to end, the process of getting our Under Deck Oasis ceiling was awesome. Very easy to get an estimate from Trevor (by sending photos and measurements) and then understand what the total costs entailed. The office answered all my misc. questions while we awaiting an install date. We also needed to contact them for electrical questions (for a future fan) and they were immediately available by phone to help.Installation was done by an amazing crew of Jay and Josh. Personable as well as knowledgeable, they worked hard to ensure we had the best possible install. The end result is beautiful. Very smooth and sleek looking. I let them know I can't wait until the next rain so I can run down to our patio and stand under the ceiling! No more rain and snow falling from above to our patio furniture and hot tub below. We highly recommend Under Deck Oasis!

After considering other less expensive options, we hired Under Deck based on the quality of materials and customer reviews. So here is another very positive review. They were very thorough in helping plan the under deck ceiling and Jay the installer did a great job on my small, but complicated layout. Our pool side bar is now complete and looks great and our TV and bar stays dry.

I don't know if I can speak more highly of any service provider. The installer arrived on time, completed the job in 2 days, cleaned up every little piece of scrap or trash from the job site, and was a nice guy on top of all of this. Our new Under Deck Oasis replaced an older steel ceiling, and the difference in quality and appearance is stunning. Everything was excellent, from A to Z. Thank you for making our patio the oasis we want it to be.

Used Underdeck Oasis to complete the construction of the unusable and grimy area under our deck. We use this area now as living area constantly. They did a professional job. We had a minor problem with the ceiling after five years of use and AARON was here to take care of the issue. I would highly recommend them.

I'm super impressed with this company and specifically their installer Jay. I have a rain gutter installation business in Wake Forest, NC. I recently got a call from Jay explaining that he needed a small section of gutter, on short notice and the color had to be exact. Jay and Aaron were installing an under deck drainage system for a local customer BUT they are based out of Michigan.Even though he was short on materials, working against a deadline in the rain and almost a thousand miles from his employers home office he was cheerful and acted like a true professional.Jay and Aaron are the guys I wish I could hire. Total studs! Usually, I would expect to see a mess of a job site and hear a bit of profanity. Their work area was perfectly tidy with tools and materials staged for maximum productivity. Annoyingly, even their work trucks were cleaner than mine :)

A great experience all around; from the initial inquiry to the friendly and educational communication to the install. Jay, our installer, was professional, super nice, and had everything wrapped up in two days. Not having much rain this summer, it actually the following day and not one leak to be found. We had Under Deck Oasis complete (UDO)underdecking to our deck and the finished result is amazing. The price, while expensive, was extremely reasonable for the end result. Aaron, the installer, was so great to work with. He was very personable, explained everything and was meticulous in his delivery of the finished product. As a contractor myself, I know what it takes to get a job done and UDO did a wonderful job throughout. I will be recommending UDO out to customers in the future and highly recommend them to anyone reading this.

Our installer arrived on Friday and worked through the weekend and was done on Monday morning. Great product and great service. Under Deck Oasis is a truly responsible, respectful company to deal with. They made everything so easy from start to finish, and the product they sell is absolutely fabulous. Real professionals! I only wish we had found them sooner. The customer service during my under deck installation was great. The gentleman which did the installation was very informative and kept me informed on the progress. He was very very courteous and friendly. I would ask him questions and he would answer them. Trevor was very informative on the process and how everything would be done. He explained everything after the work was completed and mailed a warranty packet. I would highly recommend Oasis Under Deck to do your job.

Very poorly installed by one of the their resellers. The factory installer on on the job when the system was installed. He inspected it and approved it. Now when the system has started leaking, they don't want to fix it at no charge. Their answer is that they did not install it. Yes, they did not but their representative was right there, inspected it and approved the installation. Would not recommend at all based on our experience.
