It was time to replace the roof, which is a big expense and we wanted to make sure it was done correctly. Above Roofing was professional and informative from the beginning. Crew was on-time, super-efficient and communicated throughout the install in person along with before and after pictures including work that wasn’t visible (insulation added). So far, this has been a great experience and the work is of exceptional quality. Elliott, Dylan and Scott were great to work with!

Above Roofing exceeded our expectations! We have used them several times with our office building, but this was our home. Phil came to our home, spent whatever time we needed, listened to our questions and concerns. Because of my wife's extensive flower gardens he made sure to communicate with the installation crew, even showing them photos of the gardens in full bloom.Glen and the installation crew were fantastic! They know their business, made suggestions and explained why they did certain things. They were polite, thorough and at the end of every day our yard, driveway and home were left immaculate. We could not ask for better!

Above Roofing came out and installed a vent on the roof for my bathroom fan as well as the segment of insulated duct work to get from the fan to the vent. I called a couple other roofing companies at the same time looking for quotes and one of the other companies had a minimum contract amount somewhere over 1000 dollars and the other told me the job was out of scope for what they did, so Above Roofing stood out right from the beginning. They had an estimator, Nick, out to quote the job quickly, and I was happy with the quoted price. Nick was very friendly and gave my roof a general inspection in additional to the specifics of what I needed done. At a later date, Thomas and Dylan came out to do the job and it was completed in a couple hours. Thomas and Dylan were very friendly, and showed me a video of the air flow of the vent after installation to demonstrate that everything was working as expected. At each step, Above Roofing showed up at the expected time, and I would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs.

Above Roofing dad a SUPERB job from beginning to end !!Phil was AMAZING with his presentation & estimate! (He took his time- but was not here for hours!). He was SO thorough, I was afraid the estimate would be too high! BUT it was surprisingly much lower than I expected. (Another estimate company came, measured, left estimate.)Phil informed us of a chimney issue that needed repair, and gave us a great mason referral!He even checked the attic and made recommendations for insulation.While doing the roof, the guys found a major structural issue and having licensed builders on hand, were able to take care of it. Scott and Jose were amazing leaders on this job.Ross & Terry with Above Roofing did a Great job on adding insulation!! (& dealing with a couple problems that came up.).Above Roofing was also INCREDIBLE with taking before and after AND DURING photos!! It was really great to watch the process as it happened via pictures!! (And we hope to see a reduction in our heating bills this winter!) ha!!And it was a pleasure to work with Bianca in the office. Above Roofing reroofed our house several years ago and we just had them here again a few weeks ago to replace two Velux skylights that predated the reroofing. The crew was quick and efficient and did excellent work, even on the interior trim for the new skylights. They also replaced the flashing on one of the chimneys as a warranty covered repair. I am very pleased with their work and recommend them highly.

We had three estimates for our roof job. The first seemed to care more about his relationship with the company owner and never set foot on the roof. The second thought the low slope portion of our roof needed less work than it really did. And their initial estimates were more than twice what the final price was from Above Roofing. From the job estimator to completion, Above Roofing communicated well. The work was completed in a timely manner by a friendly crew. When an unforeseen problem was found, the crew promptly informed me and discussed the options. This is the second time we have used Above Roofing for a complete roof tear off and installation. We used them for a previous house we owned and now on our 1920's house and garage. Both times they did a fantastic job. Scott and Glenn supervised the excellent, friendly and hardworking crew this time. I had a flat roof on my home's extension replaced by Above Roofing a few years ago. Apparently, nesting birds got under the rubber and tore out some insulation. Other workers identified the problem and when I called Above they came quickly to identify the problem and put me on their schedule. The work was completed this morning.
