They came out after some hail damage to get an estimate. They were able to deal with the insurance to get all the damages coved. They replaced the roof on my house and pole barn. They also replaced the siding on my house. The work looks great. They were also great with helping me deal with the insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if I need work done.

We had just moved from Arizona to Holland when a strong wind pulled off a piece of siding close to the roofline. It was a small job and other roofers wouldn't even call us back. Keith called back, came out and looked at the job, and sent one of his roofers out to fix it. His employee did a very thorough job for us and even tacked down other pieces of siding that were loose. When we need a bigger roofing job, we will definitely go back to Horizon! Highly recommend them!

Horizon Roofing is amazing!!!! My roof needed replacement from hail damage and I worked with Horizon Roofing for the first time to get my issue resolved. From working with my insurance company and adjuster to cleaning up the last piece of debris on my property, they were awesome!Sam was my project contact and worked with me and my insurance company and adjuster from the get go; this was a relief for me knowing a roofing specialist was meeting with my insurance adjuster to go over the specifics of my roof replacement needs. Hector was the lead on the project and ensured everything was going as expected throughout the project from material needs to continual project inspection. And Hector’s crew was one heck of a hard working team, they worked like a well-oiled machine and did an outstanding job on my roof replacement! Their diligence in leaving the job site clean and free of lingering nails was very impressive as well!Keith was the project manager responsible for the job scheduling. Getting my roof replaced was certainly not something that could be done the day after I contracted them to do the work. There is a process to follow that involved my insurance company, adjuster scheduling, material ordering, crew availability and of course weather. So it is understandable that this process would take time and knowing I had a tight deadline to get this done was a bit stressful and nerving. However, Keith worked it out for me and got me scheduled before my deadline arrived. I was so very appreciative of that!!!What impressed me the most throughout this project was Hector and his genuine care about the customer and their pain points as well as ensuring the job got done to perfection! Horizon roofing were amazing to work with. They did a great job from start to finish. Hector worked with us and he went above and beyond. We had some storm damage that required a complete roof replacement. Besides the actual quality of the work horizon did, Hector’s assessment helped us file a claim with our insurance company. He was so knowledgeable and documented the issues so well. Our insurance company at first wasn’t going to offer us any coverage, despite the adjuster not even getting on the roof to inspect damage. But with repeated calls and conversations with Hector, we were confident that the damage qualified for coverage. His expertise and documentation helped our lawyer convince our insurance company to compromise with us and offer nearly full coverage. We never could have done it without his help. When our roof was first damaged, I was overwhelmed with the prospect of replacing a roof. But with the experience and help of horizon, Hector especially, I was so quickly put at ease. Was very impressed by Horizon Roofing. The workers were great and did an awesome job. Everyday that they were here they cleaned up. Our sales ref Clint Kenny was here everyday and always answer our questions or needs. It only took 3 days to do our home and garage and shed. They really worked their butts off. We will highly recommend Horizon to our friends and family. Once again we were very impressed with Clint and all the workers. They did a great job and it looks really good. We built our house 23 years ago and through the years we’ve replaced shingles from high winds multiple times. We had another company give us an estimate for a new roof. The estimate was very expensive and then they never responded to my calls. It turned out to be a godsend that the company didn’t call back! Our neighbor had their roof replaced by Horizon roofing so I called them for an estimate. Keith DeHaan came out the same week, walked the whole roof talked to me about the damage he found. He also told me about the Michigan law I wasn’t aware of about roofing materials and insurance responsibilities.He said he would talk to the insurance company with me on speaker phone. When I was feeling overwhelmed by the industry talk the insurance agent was talking, Keith was able to speak with them as my representative and the agent’s demeanor changed from condescending to me to peer to peer with Keith. Keith took care of all the paperwork and told the agent he wanted to walk the roof with the adjuster to make sure he didn’t miss anything and to answer any questions.Horizon replaced our house and our polebarn roofing within a 1-1/2 days!
