She made sure the workers were aware of a few special items in my yard and they put extra protection over them. Its a family owned business and you could tell they took pride in what they do. We had a hail storm come through and although we had some damage, I didn't think it was enough to actually have insurance cover a claim. Well that is where George Barrett and Gary Ballard came in, they both jumped up on my roof and looked at the entire thing, after they came down they felt it was only a 50/50 chance, but still believed it was more likely than not that it would be approved.I filed a claim and 3 days later George and Gary met the adjuster at my house and went up on the roof with him. Twenty minutes later they were taking measurements and working with the adjuster to decide what additional repairs were needed on gutters and downspouts.Gary brought numerous samples, gave us locations of houses with the colors we had narrowed down to and after we made a decision they had a crew at our house in 3 days. The crew was very respectful, worked hard for 12.5 hours and completely stripped and replaced the roof, along with some minor repairs, in ONE DAY.I can't be happier with the result. perfectly straight valley lines, perfect edge cuts, and even painted the plumbing vents black to make them less noticeable.If you need a full roof replace, this is the company to go with, my neighbors are jealous they didn't use the same guy.Thank you Barret Roofing

I got multiple quotes from different companies and Barrett Roofing beat them all! They not only were the cheapest, they were fast, did a high quality job and were super helpful through the whole thing. George and Ruby were great to work with and really went above and beyond. You don't get that type of personal attention anymore. I even changed my mind on the flashing color choice after some of it was already installed and they were kind and replaced it for me no problem. George came out after and did a walk through with me to make sure I was fully happy with everything. They also have a lifetime warranty so if I ever have any issues with my roof they will come out and fix it no charge! I tell everyone if they ever need a roof to call Barrett roofing!

Barrett Roofing worked with my insurance company and got them to pay 80% of the cost of my new roof. My roof was over 25 years old and insurance company depreciated roof. I was very happy. My insurance company originally said they wouldn't pay anything but Barrett Roofing worked with the adjuster to get me 80%.My roof was large (over 4000 sq ft) and very steep. A crew of 10 workers stripped off old roof and installed new roof. They were very professional and worked from 8am to 10pm (1 full hott day) to complete the roof.The materials used were first class Owens Corning and it looks awesome. Barrett Roof did a lovely job on our roof last year, but I was moved to write a review today when I called Mr. Barrett about some siding that had started flapping in the strong winds we've been having this spring. I called him first, unsure who to call about siding, and he offered to fix it for free (despite the fact that it wasn't his fault, having nothing to do with the roof). He was here within 2 hours, and he has it reattached and looking great. Thank you SO much! What wonderful customer service, even for a past customer!!

He went direct with the insurance company and even met them at my house to make sure the damage was inspected properly. I was overwhelmed with the initial claim until i called him and he took over. I had a hail storm last summer, I didn't think much of it other than picking up sticks for a couple of hours. Someone from Barrett roofing came by and asked if they could inspect the roof for damage, I let them. I called my insurance company who had their adjuster come out and look at my roof and they determined it was damaged by the hail storm. The roofers did a full tear off and replacement in 1 day with lifetime warrantied shingles. I ended up with a new $22,000 roof with nothing out of pocket. I would highly recommend Barrett roofing, easy to deal with and they do great work!

We had golf size hail hit and damage our roof on Friday, Sept. 13th. I called Barrett Roofing and both Scott and George from Barrett Roofing came out to inspect the damage and take photos. After filing a claim with my insurance company and getting approval, Scott immediately came over with a selection of colors for our shingles. Once we decided, a very hard working crew came over, tore off the old roof and put on a new roof in two days!! We couldn’t be happier with the workmanship and quality of work. We LOVE our new roof!!
