We used Clarkston Complete Renovation to gut and remodel our master bath, to reconfigure our kitchen island, and to replace laminate counters with quartz. I can't say enough good things about this company. Not only do they do quality work, but they are friendly, they responded quickly to any questions, they showed up when they said they were going to show up. They kept us updated on the schedule and worked with us when some of the items we had selected were out of stock due to supply chain issues so that we could find replacement items. Chad is just a great guy who responded so quickly to our inquiries, and his crew, Richard, Michael, and Joel, were just a pleasure to work with. They just finished renovating our kitchen and did such an amazing job! The guys that came were all very nice and professional and our kitchen turned out great. There were finishing details that we needed to fix, caulking and some painting. Pricing was very reasonable. We are happy with our kitchen, which was our big home project this year.

I cannot say enough about Clarkston Complete Renovation! Chad Purcell is one of the few contractors who truly believes in honesty and integrity. We used CCR for our deck addition and most recently for our master bath remodel. All I can say is…AMAZING!! When I walk into my bathroom I feel like I’m walking into a spa! It is absolutely beautiful! I can’t thank Richard, Michael and Joel enough! My shower is a work of art! The half wall and my built in shelves are amazing! The attention to detail and quality of work was just exceptional! There is nothing about the bathroom that I would change. It is absolutely gorgeous! And it was such a pleasure working with everyone. Honestly there are not enough good things I can say about Chad and his team. We had a new house built in December 2019 and within 10 months our brand new tiled shower had water constantly coming up through the grout on the shower floor never drying. While the builders had a plumber come out for a warranty repair said this was “normal” we asked Chad to come out for a second opinion. Not only was he the most prompt contractor I have ever dealt with in getting back to, he and his tile guy Joel came out with in a couple of days at exactly the time they said they would. After one look it was obviously clear this was not normal and the shower floor would need to be ripped out and re-tiled. Rather than taking this to the builders and have it fixed under warranty we immediately knew Clarkston Complete Renovation was the better choice. Joel immediately responded to all of my texts, questions, concerns everything I could have needed. Once we were scheduled my shower floor was replaced within two days. Joel was so kind, respectful, and did the most amazing job! You hear more often than not that it’s just a shame people don’t put pride in their work anymore, my experience with my builder had me saying the same however, Chad and Joel have completely proven me wrong. If you need a job done hire them I promise you will not be sorry.Service: Tile work installation
