Called to ask this company if they could give us a quote over the phone for a 700 square foot house in St Helen that we were looking to purchase. Teh guy who answered as so rude and so unprofessional that we hung up on him. Was running his mouth so much that he didn't even here day that it was a 700 square foot house. Not sure if it was because I was a woman calling (had him on speaker phone so my husband spoke to him, too, and can vouch that this guy was an ABSOLUTE jerk) or what but he accused us of giving him the run around when (a) we had never even spoken to the guy before and (b) all we wanted was to ask if he could give us a quick quote over the phone so we could move forward with our purchase agreement. Wanted to give us a lecture on how we knew the roof needed to be replaced and how we should not be asking for a quote with plywood, etc. This guy needs a lesson in manners or at minimum a business class. Apparently he has so much work on his plate that he doesn't need OUR business.

Needed a new roof on my cottage in the Higgins Lake area. Called Xpert Roofing and Joe came over quoted the Job the same day and in less than two weeks I had a new roof on my cottage.
