They were very understanding of my situation, and being that a previous business had overcharged me after neglecting me for weeks, the price was excellent. About $1500 less than quoted by the previous service. Then, after prompt installation and comprehensive explanation of everything, they worked with my income to best support me and my child. Bar none, this experience was infinitely better than with the other business, and I would recommend them to anyone needing furnace repair or replacement. Called Efficiency Kings in the fall of 2022. They came out to inspect and replace the furnace the same day. They installed the furnace and ran out of time and said they would return. Paid them for the work they had completed. In May 2023, I called to have them come out and complete the job. Kassie said that they would send someone out. That never happened. Was in contact with Kassie throughout the summer with promises they would be here and they never showed. Now they won't return my calls nor texts. I hate writing bad reviews, I would expect that any company would have the courtesy to talk to their customer and just let them know if they no longer wanted to service them so at least we could look for another company. I am sorry to say that I can not recommend this company. I would be happy to change my review if I could talk to them.Service: Heating system installation

Asked for an estimate on a new furnace. Technician came out, did measurements, stated they would send me an estimate. Almost 3 weeks no response to several phone calls made during normal business hours leave messages still no response.

It was Friday about noon. The first day of the coldest week of the year with temps forecast to be -15 in Northern Wisconsin. My furnace quit. I contacted a service I have used for a long time who have a good reputation and are responsive. They came out and diagnosed my problem but couldn't get to fixing it until probably 5-6 days later. They were busy and I would have used them except for the delay. A friend suggested I contact Kassi at Efficiency Kings. I called on a Saturday morning and they answered the phone! Not only did they have a furnace of the type I needed in stock but had a crew that could install that day. Two hours later they showed up and went to work. By 6PM on a Saturday I had a new furnace! And, the price was very fair. I expected to pay a healthy surcharge for a Saturday installation. Given the circumstances, it was more than fair. In fact the total price was in line with what I had expected.They were easy to work with, cleaned up after themselves and took care not to damage my home while bringing in the new furnace and removing the old one. Not an easy feat as my home has some rather tight corners.If you are asking would I use them again? I have already arranged to have them put in a humidifier and this spring I plan on having them replace the A/C system.Service: Heating system installation

Furnace was acting up and needed someone to look at it, after numerous contractors not calling back or being put on a one month waiting list I called efficiency kings, within a few hours they came to my house and fixed it. The guy was very knowledgeable and they even have an after hours emergency repair number. I thought there cost for the job was reasonable also…..(update) just like others are saying, had some a/c issues, called for three weeks with no call backs, left numerous messages when there voicemail wasnt filled and still two months later no response! I’m clearly done with them!Services: A/C system maintenance, Heating system repair

AMAZING! Absolutely a wonderful company! Highly recommended!We live out of state and had an emergency. Our furnace died on us and caused our toilets to freeze leading to water leaking everywhere! We only had a day to get things arranged and we contacted this company and they rearranged their schedule for us and went over and beyond helping us! After receiving typically poor customer service from other local companies. EFFICIENCY KINGS replied later the same day. Came to look at my AC the next day and gave me an estimate the following morning. He called to set up the install of my new AC on a Friday. I assumed I would have to wait till the next week but he came out on a Saturday. Awesome work. Highly recommend.Service: Install AC

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! They either don't answer the phone, or when they do its just empty promises that they'll call you back. Voice-mail box is either always full or goes unanswered.After 4 weeks of these empty promises by that lady who works there, I gave up. Brutal heat, here we come!Of all the times she said she'll call me right back, and never did. They're emergency number just goes straight to their original number.My last draw today-i called about 20 times, of course, no answer.These people are dis-organized, clueless, unhelpful, and lie through their teeth.Bought 3 portable units online, central air would have been nice...but your only as useful as the people you hire. DONT hire these guys, don't even waste your time with them.If anyone can recommend a real hvac company, let me know!! I would highly recommend Efficiency Kings for AC! Ours went out at the end of last summer and the company who came out was supposed to give us a quote on a new one. We never heard from them. We called Nate, who came out right away, had the unit earlier than anticipated, and installed it on a Saturday. Great service and our new unit got us through some crazy hot days.Service: Install AC

Made an appointment with them to fix my gas fireplaces after my 2nd time calling them (1st voicemail when unanswered). Noone showed up and unresponsive when I tried to contact them about it. Will not be calling them again with any of our properties.

Wanted to get estimate for new furnace oh we'll have it ready in the morning 4 you , yeah sure no call back or anything. I wouldn't recommend them or Malkovich heating very rude like you were bothering em. I called this company numerous times w/ no call back either
