After contacting a handful of other companies searching for help taking down a huge old TV antenna and satellite dish attached to our chimney and roof, Precision truly came through for us!Being such a small job, we understood that many companies would likely not want to take it on, but Deonah and Joe were nothing short of wonderful in providing an estimate, scheduling the service, arriving on time, and quickly taking care of the removal and roof patching. Do yourself a favor and hire somebody, anybody, else. Precision was a nightmare to deal with, from terrible communication, poor customer service, constant delays, and final bills unexpectedly thousands of dollars higher than estimated. I could write a novel on my horrible experience but won't waste your time the way Precision will jerking you around. To top it all off I still have leaks and fascia damage $12,000 later. Deonah and Joe have a good, hardworking crew but they seem to have no idea how to run a good business.
