We had a dishwasher leak that damaged not only floors, but cabinets and walls. We had to replace our entire kitchen. Mark was just wonderful to work with. He always kept me in the loop about what was going on, and was extremely nice and professional. I felt like I could call him at any time with questions, and he always made me feel like I was his most important client. The result is absolutely gorgeous! When I have any more construction issues, I won't use anyone other than Elite Contractors!

I highly recommend this company. For us, they had to do quite a number of different types of work: on 2 floors of the home, replacing 2 types of flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical, tiling, etc. The quality of work is excellent. They are very thorough from their walkthrough and estimation to material selection to final delivery. I was kept informed every step of the way, which I greatly appreciate, and they are easy to contact (phone, text, email) and will always get back with you. They explained options, benefits and consequences and allowed me to make decisions - they never pushed a product or a service just to make a buck. Always on-time, clean (pet peeve of mine!), great attention to detail, great professionalism. If you see something that isn't quite right, they fix it - no arguments. I will absolutely use this company again.

I had new carpet put in. I looked at it after and he had seen many pieces together instead of using one big piece of carpet. The pattern didn’t run easily. He took a shortcut.
