Chris had the fastest turnaround with his quote and came in under the other quotes I managed to get. He and his crew coordinated with our spray foam contractor so we could add insulation to our dormers (not all the roofers I talked to were willing to do work beyond a simple roof replacement). Getting the insulation done required that part of the roof sit open over a weekend where we had rain in the forecast. They did a thorough job attaching tarps over the open areas and there was no issue with water getting in. The entire crew was great, they were fast, professional and kept the work site clean. They were careful around my landscaping. Chris kept in close contact throughout the job and followed up quickly with a small fix after the work was done. Would definitely recommend - Chis is running a legitimate operation here.

The crew did an excellent job on installing the new roof. The project included removing a very difficult standing seam metal roof on a12/12 pitch, remove the sheathing and old insulation, getting smart foam installed, new sheathing, and then roofing consisting of d-edgr, ice & snow shield, singles, and ridge caps. The valley cuts are a perfect line and the shingles are precisely lined up with the roof.

Chris and his team were prompt, professional and did great work in replacing my roof. Quite a job considering it had been deferred for 30 years, had a build-up of several roofs underneath and considerable rot. Quite a mess. Chris kept me appraised including photos of issues and progress throughout the project. I live in California so having a local company that is dependable, capable and communicates frequently is critical. They also did an outstanding job of repairs to the chimney which had sections of bricks completely falling off of it. Great value as well. They worked with me through a lot of insurance frustrations. The work was quality and communication was good (other than early on people would just appear and climb on our roof without being informed anyone was coming by - it's nerve-racking to just hear someone climbing on your roof and not know why). Ruts were left in my yard from the trucks and scrapes were left on my deck. They did come back and fill in some of the ruts and left bags of topsoil that we used to fill most of the remaining ruts.

Let me first start off by saying that I try to be a DIY type of dad. However there are things that just take up too much time or require more expertise than my limited knowledge. This is where copper range roofing comes in to play. They can arrive, set up, and get the job done in the time it would take for me to get supplies and even start to set up. The last thing I need is to fall off a 2 story roof, or worse yet, have to redo it because I did something wrong. These guys did a great job even with the early morning frost still setting in!
